The trick with edibles is people make them with trim and they make them weak.
My point is edibles are real.

Your going to want to scrape it first with a scraper or putty knife, possibly sand some parts depending how bad it is. I just had to do this to a whole house a few days ago. The putty knife is your best bet, scrape all that shit off. After there is no more cracks and it's relatively flat, paint away.
