Bro I'm a spark and I've fully looked into this and belive me when I say they are untouchable if u undo a screw the thing will shut off and send a tamper alarm. The best chance u have is to pot end the mains before it gets to your meter but they are doing it clever over there and when they hit a area they do it all so they can account for exactly what is being took if this makes sense
