I used the 24 hour patch and the inhalator,wasnt to bad,probably do it that way when I kick it again,i felt a lot better that year {healthwise}it felt great,wasnt smokin anything.gym everyday,76

Then what happened?it couldnt have worked that good if your saying youl use em again NEXT TIME.lol.

No they worked fine,3 months on them,a year clean of fags,lost a family member and needed a fag!before that. I was fine,76

Once you hear that call its kilts on,skiandu doon the sock,pagpipes over the shoulder and grab your claymore on the way oot the door and into the foggy blue highland mountains on a hunt.for pure adrenalin rush a haggis hunt cant be beat.

Aye best thing for smoking is cold turkey I rekon I always say I'm gonna quit I've never tried once lol my sis has been on ecigs for 2 years now a few days ago she started smoking again it's a fucker that nicotine

Shit relax back in with ma n pa ay that's gonna be rough mate no more lounging aboot the hoose in nothing but leather crocks and and a loose fitted open dressing gown lol
