Sounds good that does. I used to do a slow cooked pork shoulder, 7 hours in the oven then make a sauce with bourbon and a few other things. Pull the pork apart, rest it in the sauce for 24 hours and reheat. It was a bit special. I was selling it at farmers markets and foodie events with a mate, we'd always sell out.

Im at my limit for both the electric and the spread on my lights. Each light is over a 6'x6' area. I have just enough room between the rows to rotate the plants and walk thru. I got buddies who use that same line of thinkin. They stick plants in between the rows. Believe me pal it ain't worth it. U end up w a bunch of larf.
When all ur seein is dollar signs nothin turn out good. I am maximizing the space while still being able to service the garden w/o makin it unenjoyable. There a 3' walkway in between my rows.

I would think that if you were right-handed having the steering wheel on the right would work better, you could steer with your left and have your right free to go out the window and shoot.

Of course that scenario works best if you're driving that car on our streets.
