Just spent £20 at wilkos got me 2 litres of liquid seaweed 2 litres of growmore 1.5kg of sulphate of potash a tub of rooting powder and a few bottles of house plant feed for the house plants bargain lol.....I've made me mind up that topmax is liquid seaweed with molasses I'm sure of it...this growmore looks like good stuff as well I tell ya the wilkos nuts range is good and honest prices

I noticed they were the same shape as my poly pots so i just cut the same drainage holes and made a tray ... they seem to be working fine ...
