many times. I've had the south american style, spanish style. I make a jambalaya where i cook the chorizo first then cook everything else in the fat, prawns, chicken rice, sultanas, tomatoes, jalapeños,the flavours jesus christ with sour cream and cheese on top - i think u would like that one.
Chorizo is quite popular over here bro I like mixing it with my burgers when I'm making them I call em the bada bing burgers people love em my bbq :)

but to be honest i prefer things more basic but done to perfection.
i watch cooking programmes and when they add chorizo i say to my wife that its cheating because it makes everything taste better haha

ha ha depends on the place tbh. some are real stiff but the one i mentioned was very relaxed. I went to one in your area too, sat bains, u heard of it? me and the mrs stayed the night but the best thing was the breakfast. we had a duck egg that was cooked for 24 hours there.
