The trick is to parboil the potatoes and then fluff them up a bit so they absorb more oil and go super crispy and brown. The beef has to still be mooing and the gravy has to have a deep meaty flavour. Heaven.

I make roasted potatoes the same way....i also make potato skins in a similar fashion. ...i cook em whole in the oven, break em up in bits, deep fry em and top em w mornay sauce, chedder , deep fried kale, chive, creme fresch, smoked pork cubed

Yorkshire puddings is just batter...baked in really hot smoking oil they are a taste sensation man especially with golden syrup fuck me yes

A couple of tips they need packing tight so use something with good drainage when u make them up make sure the edge with the holes blocked are at the top of the pot and when u give them a drink do it nice and slowly :)
