I only smoke Marlboro round here hard to get hold of lots of russian fags for £3 a pack they do occasionally turn up normally £5 a pack I switched to Marlboro rollies which has saved me a fortune. Mainly because I fucking hate rollies lol.

I hear that Mr Bee I've bought so many fakes over the years a lot of it completely unsmokable, I also find Romanian fags unsmokable even when they bought from proper channels.

I try to get my fags from Poland when I can as my mate goes Poland 4 times a year doesn't smoke and it's £2.50 a pack.

I was getting excited about potting up but I probably should harden them off under cfl for a day first first otherwise I will have plant pots full of compost and with dead plants sticking out lol.

Very true I did find that paying my mates in weed for fags increased the likely hood of getting real fags ;)

Well, we're giving up the cigarettes. Sunday is gonna be our last day smoking. There's a few of us doing it together, the wife and I, our middle son and his wife, and my cousin are giving them up. I'm gonna use the Blu e-cig to get some nicotine to make it easier, gotta give 'em up though, I need to be able to breath again.
In my condition I should be doing all I can to be as healthy as I can, starting to work on it more, trying to eat better and now the smokes. It's not gonna be easy.

My mate bought a box of fags (Talking 100 sleeeves of 10) off some a "man in the pub" in Nottingham. They sold them him cheap and opened a pack offered him a fag then cheekly asked if they could keep that pack.

When he got home he found perfect packs but when he opened them they were full of white foam sticks kind of like filters but not lol.

My mate is not the sharpest tool in the box.

Too Myco or not to Myco that is the question I think I might Myco 1/2 the plants and then compare but my experience with Myco is excellent outdoors in the ground and pointless in pot culture with proper feeds. I do have kilos of the stuff so lol might as well try it's rare I do compost because hydro performs better IMHO and is easier.

I'll mix fytocell at 20% to compost so I will have excellent aeration and water retention, no grow shop compost for me Westlands blue bag all the way ;)

This is how we do compost in the Desert ;)

£2.50 bag of compost from Lidl, ~£2 worth of Fytocell mixed by hand 4 handfuls of compost to 1 of Fytocell it's much easier if you prewet the Fytocell first. The Fytocell clumps but rubbing your hands together with it in the middle soon sorts that. I sieved the compost first to remove twigs, bark, etc but there remarkably none. Am going to add some blue bag westlands ~10l and give it all a good mix together and feed the plants a compost tea made from mollasses and compost obviously to get everything started nicely.

Mixed 10l's so far will mix up 50l's, the big clump I left in the pic for illustration :)

I've made this up before and it performs just as well as Canna, Bcuzz or Plant Magic compost (Which does have Fytocell mixed in) but at 1/2 the price I always use fish mix in soil from day 7 after potting up till 2 weeks into flower regardless as it's the bee knees.

Why add Fytocell? You might ask well Fytocell holds 60% water, 3%Fytocell and 37% air at maximum saturation. So I think it's pretty obvious how this can be a benefit to compost growers.

I aim for 10-20% mix

I mix Compo Sana mediterrane kübelpflanzenerde with perlite, vermiculite and EWC in 4:1:1:1 ratio. Brew 2Tbs EWC with 1tsp molasses in 2l water for 12-24h

It's not as cheap as yours @Desertboy but i only feed once or twice in veg with Biobizz Grow at 4ml/l and Heaven at 4ml/l then 2-3 times in flower with first feed being Grow 1ml/l, Bloom 4ml/l and heaven 4ml/l and the last two feeds with Topmax instead of Grow at 4ml/l. After harvest I reuse the soil and add 1l of fresh soil and 1l of EWC or compost made of kitchen scraps for every 11l pot. So it turns out cheap after all.

And the soil is loades with predatory mites (H. miles)

I need to quit smoking in the UK it's now $14 a pack for Marlboro's :( and of course I feel like death but the problem is I don't want to.

I also really dislike ecigs I actually felt worse "smoking" ecigs than Marlboro reds lol.

That's been my biggest issue for years now, I just didn't want to quit. Part of me doesn't want to quit now but, I think it's more the rebellious part of me that just wants to say 'Fuck You' to all the world trying to make us quit. It's time though.
I know what You mean about the e-cigs but, I'm gonna need some nicotine fix to get through this and I'm hoping the e-cig being kinda nasty will help me stop that pretty quickly.
It was definitely a huge mistake picking up this nasty habit.

I was going to try the cunt method of giving up smoking, every time you feel like a cigarette kick a small puppy or be mean to a child. Steal a zimmerframe and fill your neighbours tyres with concrete all this will help to relieve stress.

You could always consider getting into really good heroin I'm pretty certain that would help take the edge off quiting smoking or seriously into huffing paint then it will hurt too much to smoke ;)

Then I have more issues than my plants dying lol ;) Also I use fytocell which is by far the best medium for water retention so my plants would be fine a lot longer than soil ones no matter how much myco you add.

yes I know Fytocell, we have herbs growing in it in some E&F systems but they still have Mycos and other DSE root fungus. Drought protection is only one benefit of Mycos. There many many more regarding the interactions of plants with secondary metabolites from beneficial root fungus. Using combinations of advanced bio agri will help you gain even further reductions in water or nutrient inputs, or provide yet more failsafes foir your operations.

one is adding carbon, the other is adding nitrogen. Compo sana has lots of ready NPK so needs only minerlisation, therefore, BSM and EWC compost tea would make more sense for Toaster imo, but clearly if you are in Fyto DBoy, then access to NPK is what you need as you have near no ability to hold ions or organic matter so both of you are doing the right things for your own media preferences imo. I totallyi love fish hydrolsyate as a grow and source of N, typically fish is full of aminos enzymes and other bio stims as well as heaps of trace and micro elements.
Bio Veg has the additional benefit of being a rich source of chitosan above Fish Mix and so is a better root stim without the additional kelp extracts then being a requirement, since its also a rich source of phyto hormones, you can use a single product where you now use 2.

Yes, Compo Sana is preloaded peat moss based mix with added lime, quartz sand, green compost and I'm guessing or I actually read somewhere that the slow release N nutrient is based of animal manure. So it worked for me with water only until harvest when I veged for 8-9 weeks. But when started using topomax there was a big difference in buds swelling. I have seaweed but it's fucked and full of salt. So no use for it.
