The chloramine is a disinfectant that is added to water in my area and will mess with your soil herd health, if nothing else. You will have to check with Sea or another Farmer for more specifics about what harm it will cause plant but I don't think it would cause a lock out of cal. Like you, I am still working on getting my water and nute schedule dialed in. I think I tend to over fertilize and am going to back off a little on that. I have been trying different soil mixes and that throws me off a little. I treat everything, good and bad, as part of the learning experience.
yup the good and bad is all part of the learning curve

ill try to post a better pic later. Im late for appointment

One thing to remember is that fox farm soil is hot with plenty of food content but they have no calcium magnesium so a good thing to add to your mix is organic garden lime it will act as ph buffer so you won't have to worry about locking your plants up from the ph being to low an it will also give your plants the calcium magnesium Needed for your veg cycle. P.S. when I run foxfarm soil I get a aluminum turkey pan an cook the soil on the bbq grill for a few minutes to insure I kill all hidden pest in the soil!

i know ocean forrest is ph buffered with oyster shells witch is also high in calcium. there soil runs alil hot for new plants but after that there fine. still great advice bro!

Yeah I hear you with the oyster thing but I would add my water at 6.5 ph the run off would come out to low at 5.3 so when I added the lime problem solved I had at lot of issues from the ph being to low plus a bag of lime is like 5 buck an insures you that your ph an calcium magnesium Will be correct!

Here is a couple of pics. one of the pot an 2 of my grand doggy purps 2 weeks into flowering. Hope this helps answer your questions.

Nice those are a bit out if range for me. Price wise. Maybe after a harvest or 2. Thanks for info and that's a sexy lady there

Yeah if you can just bye 1 an run a side bye side comparison you will be amazed an they pay for them self. I thought the same thing about the price but now I will not grow with out them.
