Hey ken are you letting your plants outside without supplemental light right now, or are you waiting a little longer for that?

Looks amazing by the way! Very stoked to see you finish this!

Hi Sanvana :) Thats a good question thanks for asking. :)
...Tonight will be the 1st night without the supplemental lighting!

I had a 1k lighting up the whole garden
Kinda scary shutting it off!.:nailbiting: ..But our fellow farmer, Blaze Is an expert! and he said It would probably be ok. :)

where I live, Sun rise and set are 14.7 hours apart, but, the Visable light (including twilight) is more like 15.5 or more..;)

All the plants needed to be transplanted sooner..but I was waiting till I was done with the sup lighting.

Thanks for stoping by!! ...Stay tuned! :woot:

That sounds great, I am transplanting tomorrow and hoping for the best as well! It has been so nice this month over here.....really feels like an early season. I am pretty sure everything should be good, funny what a few weeks does though. I put some out three weeks ago and figured that they would trigger but they are flowering like crazy and I am now depping them to ensure that they don't fuck up. Great to know a fellow farmer is going in this time too, a little reassurance.

Those are some nice healthy plants Ken. Very large for this early in the season too, nice work. The wind has been stressing some of my plants too, this has been the coldest, most windy weather we have had in our area since like Feb, it is bizarre. Spring felt like summer this year, and now that it's almost summer if feels like winter again!

Not sure where you are Blaze but we are getting some of the same weather. Really confusing shit, I was going to the river almost a month ago and now it looks like I will have to wait another couple of weeks til I go there again! Mother nature is a whore, said Kurt Cobain!!!!hahaha

And Ken if I may, I would put those monsters into holes big enough for 400+ gallons of soil because you could yield some epic quality and quantity of stuff!

San. I have way toooo many Gophers and Squirrels to plant anything important in the ground..
I lost a few nice ones to them last year..Got ten cats this year!!..lol
When I plant a Fruit tree, I have to make a Cage in the ground..some times they climb over and still get it.
....I didnt want to do all that and still loose the plant..(sucks when its almost done and the varmets chew the roots!
Thats why I made these box/beds. :) They have metal hardware cloth (1/2 inch holes) on the bottoms...Worms come up, but the Rodents cant..
I have been using that same soil for a few years now...composting roots over the winter..;)
Lots of worms and other stuff growing in there..:D

Oh I am so sorry to hear that, gophers are a menace no doubt!!!!!!! Those assholes sucked one of my plants from the ground, it was as if I had planted on quicksand. Good luck with those suckers! Do you use any smartpots? They come quite big these days.
