Thank you all for your advice! I've written for guardian samples but haven't heard back. I looked into it and the cinnamon oil and lemongrass oil have terpenes that can kill on contact and regulate growth like neem oil does. Then guardian adds enzymes from fermentation of yeast. So I added some EM5 that is fermented enzymes that cause them to get intoxicated and die.

I've been reading about how to make the concentrate and it sounds fairly simple. I'm going to run some tests when I get some clones rooted with high concentrations like guardian. I'm not paying that much for something I could recreate. But that's just me.

Happy holidays! Been a real bitch over here. Shits been growing awesome but then my mites came back. Been spraying ever since. oh well. Now I'm trying to change my mindset to controlling them because eradication hasn't worked the past YEAR. Trying to find some sort of peace and acceptance about living with the herpes of growing pot.

Here's some pics I took at 8 weeks.

This one I call Willy. It's Blue Orca x MTV a landrace sativa hybrid.

This is Willys sister. I grew this one naturally and its slim structure fits nice right in the middle of the room.

This one I call Slim Shady. It's The One x eminem which is the sibling to MTV. I hope that makes sense.

@Lazerus00 that raptor hood should retail for less than $300. I bet if you go in waving green cash in their faces, you can get a discount. I bought a cheap mag ballast that's lasted me the whole time I've been growing. The foot print would light your whole 5x5 with the edges still getting great light. You can run it with one bulb too. Still has great coverage for your area at a 1000w.
You are killing it Lady. Great genetics too.

Isn't that what Skull Crusher is? I just medicated, so right now, that name doesn't seem right...but it's what comes to mind....be right back.

I can't find the bottle, or a link lol, so I dunno. But what you are describing is similar to a spray I've used outside, n I thought it was called skull crusher...

*Edit- Actually, I think I'm just recalling a phrase Power used to describe a strain. I'm a dope.

Too late. Laz is #1. You are #2. I am #3. In the contest I've created in my head between us 3. I can't include any more people, because I will always be last & get knocked off the podium lol. But the two of you are amazing. If you are compulsive about it, that was an accidental joke.

But the two of you would freak if you saw my setup.

Wait a minute....I see some dirt!

oh, nm, it's dirt on my computer screen ;-)

Alright...I need to get motivated to get down there & so dome damage...any suggestions? (Music, a weed show, a kick in the nuts?)
Lmao

Watching a documentary about the weed movement...

I'm so tired of hearing people say, "Yeah, well it appears to be relatively safe for adults, but what about the kids. Cannabis & young minds blah blah. It's very unsafe for kids."

Nothing (nicotine, alcohol, scripts et al) is safe for kids, that's why we have laws making it illegal to sell it to them. Use your brain.

For medical reasons and doctor/expert supervision with actual working knowledge of how your product is produced then it is safe. People are curing cancer with it and seziures. Two of the biggest cures for kids found through pot. I believe in whole plant extracts but if your worried about it getting the wee ones high decarboxilate it properly or grow a cbd strains but pot is safe for kids...vaccines, amphetamine salts, fast food, tv, public school, sugar is not safe for kids.

I have kids who luckily are extremely healthy and properly working immune systems who have no need for cannabis whats so ever and will not give it to them unless they have seziures or cancer or some crazy auto immune disease

Hell yeah! That guy i saw two of his talks at hempcon robert clarke is the man!

I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to this site and everyone ive encountered in just a week! All you guys will make my transitioning from clones to seeds a successful one! Robert Clarkes talks really propelled me to push past the self defeating(justified when you seed out your years work due to weak seeds) attitudes of of old school growers who are happy with clones. Just thank you so much!

I asked the guy at my local shop about sourcing mykos and beneficial bacteria cheaper, he showed me this. Said you only need 1 ml per gallon

Its liquid. Anyone know if this stuff is any good

They work but advanced is better...Jeff lowenthals suggest using only one strain of mych to avoid the competition in the soil delaying the fungus from fruiting on the roots...

@LadyL.Bean predatory mites will knock them out 100% you just have to have a predatory population higher than spider mites. The persimillis is more aggressive and stick around longer. But if you didnt take in a dirty cut and got mites and you just naturally have them creep into your grow room from outdoors no matter what then yeah youll constantly be buying. But it wasnt expensive for me $35 for 100 hangable packets with 1000 predatories per packet. I didnt even have room for all the packets and threw half away. Every cycle I rehang new packets as a preventative.

I collabed with a partner on a grow and left for 3 weeks. When I came back it was an IN-FES-TATION. Im talkin about u could see fine silky webs a fuckin mite party. Dunked the whole plants in garbage can of big time exterminator contact killer three days in a row then introduced 50000 predatories and voila it was over that quick. Hung some packets for prevention and never saw them again@LadyL.Bean but he got them from a infested plant. Not from them creeping in from somewhere

Is the garden 100% organic? Ive been curious predatory mites and hearing all if this ill most likely try them out for fun...i grow outdoors in wine country. No hoops or green house just straight raw doggin it in todays world of green houses and hoops. If your soil is healthy and your plants are healthy the captian jacks bacteria will populate the the plant inside and out... Ive had spinosiod not work but only when my soil isnt healthy...or they pop up any way when its raining or super foggy but cant live on the plants or soil. Again no predatory mites here just captian jacks and actinovate(organic mold prevention) however captian jacks does kill bees so predatory mites are intriguing
