Unfortunately we aussie are pretty laid back . just want to be left alone to do our thing so without a bill of rights like the US and the gov having overturned our constitution to makes us a corperation . its just wrong . if i manage to keep my arse out of a cell . im def US bound .

I could use a little input with longer term storage of product, if anyone would be so kind as to offer advice.
I'm looking to store product for a longer period of time and want to know the best way to go about it.
This will be product that is dried and has been cured for 1-2 months already. However, it cannot be kept in my curing area after this point.
What's the best thing to do for storage from here on? What would be the maximum storage without quality / flavor loss (6 months, 1 year)?
What's your process here? a typical heat based method like with regular canning or other?they get vacuum sealed in mason jars

No bro, it is rather simple. I have a Foodsaver vac setup and they have attachments to fit the top of the mason jars. All you do is put your product in with a boveda pak set the vacuum cycle then put the screw ring on and your good to go.Ty @jumpincactus & @BlackSheepOG That's just what I'm looking for! Figured prolly jar was popular, but totally forgot about the boveda packs.
Where's the best place to get those, btw? Are they offered in sizes or just control %?
