I could use a little input with longer term storage of product, if anyone would be so kind as to offer advice.

I'm looking to store product for a longer period of time and want to know the best way to go about it.
This will be product that is dried and has been cured for 1-2 months already. However, it cannot be kept in my curing area after this point.
What's the best thing to do for storage from here on? What would be the maximum storage without quality / flavor loss (6 months, 1 year)?

This is my method. I do the regular dry n cure. Then for overages on killer phenos I want to store long term they get vacuum sealed in mason jars with a Boveda 52 pack and I have stored for 15 months in the fridge at times and they are as fresh and aromatic as the day they went in or close to it.

I use colored glass jars with boveda packs in them. Longest I had some bud in a jar with them was 8 months. Smell and high was quite exquisite. I now set back some from each harvest and then I get to enjoy it on a special holiday.

Where's the best place to get those, btw? Are they offered in sizes or just control %?

No bro, it is rather simple. I have a Foodsaver vac setup and they have attachments to fit the top of the mason jars. All you do is put your product in with a boveda pak set the vacuum cycle then put the screw ring on and your good to go.

Keep in mind the length of time a B pak will work is reduced by opening the jar a lot. But when using for long term and you dont open or break the vacuum seal like I said after a year the erb was delish and the B pak was still active.

I need to correct I said 52% but I use the 49% they dont do the 52's anymore

Yep these won't be opened. I have an issue though....can't seem to find the 52 anywhere on the site? I see 49 then 62.

Damn @jumpincactus you covered everything I was gonna say lol. I've got a mason jar attachment on my vac sealer too. I'm slacking over here trimming. Hands covered in sticky goodness lol and no problem @MGRox glad to be of help. And jump is right the 62s will work but keep it a bit wetter then I'd like. Still good but the 52s are nice. I see they have a 56 or 58 as well now too.
