thx man, i rarely stand behind a product, but massive really showed me the difference, i dont need scientific charts to see that it works, my eyes are more than enough lol...right now im using maxibloom as a base, and massive and finnisher as bloom boosters, nothing else...and i can see the difference, massive is an all in one bloom booster, finnisher ripens and hardens the buds
Dam didn't bother with finisher. U seeing a further step up than just massive? I'm def curious.

well to be honest massive is the real winner, i just find finnisher helps to harden up the buds, like massive will expand the buds, and finnisher will then harden them up...but i dont notice a huge diff, but you use it at half the rate of massive for only th e last 3 weeks...so it lasts..i like the combo but finnisher isnt necessary

try it one crop or do a side by side and see the diff with and without finnisher

one product i tried and didnt do shit.....terpinator, lol...didnt yield more, didnt smell more, and didnt taste more....but the guys at green planet keep trying to push it on me, saying you need to feed from start to finnish @ double the recomended dose(local representative told me this), and my hudroshop guys keep telling me how amazing it is, and how i really need to try it...lol.....at the rate their telling me to use terpinator and to use it from clone to harvest, would cost me more in terpinator than all other nutes combines for the entire grow lol

I need to try this massive sounds good I've been thru the whole terpinator thing myself at first I thought it was working maybe placebo I don't know but after 3 runs I've made my mind up that it don't do shit, it might of had an affect on my slh but now that strain has gone I'm noticing nothing! So massive and finisher is the combo...looks like I'll be giving that a whirl on the next crop a lop

I use terpinator sometimes. And I've found sometimes it works really well and sometimes it just kind of meh. I've also seen test results with weed grown with and without. The strain was chocolope from dna. The one with terpinator was higher in terps slightly lower in thc but looked a lot frostier. Had nothing to do with me though. Anyway I've found overall at double the suggested rate it works well. But again on some strains. Not all. So it's something u can do without. But thanks for ur thoughts on finisher. Appreciate it. I may give it a whirl at some point. Respect and good vibes bro.

I tried that terpinator before. Two side by side tests, two completely different strains (deathstar and agent orange). Both terpinator runs tasted and smelled very similar to each other. Normally those are completely different taste and smell. The smell was still 'underneath' but........ I ran it in ebb and flo at recommended rates starting at flip. GH's FNB base plus cool bloom.
I don't run it anymore fwiw.

I might give that massive a try, always trying to up my game;)

Yea terp is like 30 ml ever feeding , going double that your gonna need it in 5 gal jugs . I got a free bottle for a face book like and didn't notice any differences. I'm gonna give this massive a try also . Ill report back
@Tnelz the stem on that plant should tell the tale but I have never grown Obama but train wreck is a uniquely stemmed plant or lack of stems I should say

So terpinator is mostly limonene or something like that. I'm not a pot scienetist but the tests that I saw that particular terp was off the charts along with 2 others that I forget. I'm not familiar with their names and the unterpinator plants were average in those few areas. So it def does something. A debate that could go on forever. I've grown with it head to head and def did something. But like I said on ofther stuff it made zero difference. No matter. Honestly I won't pay for it but when I run out my hydro store tosses me the litre bottle for free so I continue to take it. Can't hurt that's for sure. The dosage is 15 mls so double is 30 and I was dosing 2 x a week. Anyway have a great day fellas. Oh @Joe Fresh got a question. My initial bottle of massive was 1-1.5-2.8 I just purchased a large bottle and it's 1 2 3. Is that a slight change in formula or just gp rounding things up. Just curious what ur thoughts on that.

better debate in my eyes would be "what are the long term effects on ingesting the residual leftover chemical remnants of some of these products?" If this is a medicinal plant, why are we adding potentially cancer causing agents to it?" "is yield the most important aspect?" and "to whom?" and "why are things on the PAN "bad actors" list (known to cause cancer) so commonly used?"

I know... it's whatever, right... I'm a dirtfoot hippie... but here in denver, since the requirements for pesticide testing have passed many many people have been shut down with an abundance of paclo and other pest/miticides... in fact, it caused this:

http://www.thecannabist.co/2015/05/14/pot-layoffs-strainwise-colorado-marijuana/34896/

so again I ask...
"why are we adding cancer to a normally healthy plant on such a great and vast degree?"
"will cannabis itself soon be considered as a dangerous health risk because of the oh-so-very common practice of growers pouring a double dose of whatever bottle "hardens" the buds the best?"

food for thought... we will never see cannabis regarded in the same light as carrots at this rate.

So I know terpinator recieved it's organic pass from omri. I realize that's not exactly much but it's something. I agree with a lot of what u wrote bro. In saying that terpinator specifically isn't a yield enhancer or bud hardener. I certainly wouldn't debate what causes cancer and what doesn't but to compare this particular product to something like say gravity isn't really fair. I agree there are a million bad things out there but to put a blanket label on certain things is nuts. If every synthetic nutrient causes cancer a lot of us would be full of it. I actually have patients and am fully transparent in my practices. My plants are far more organic than not and so long as a company is also transparent I'm not afraid of using their product. But like I said I won't debate an issue I pretty much agree with. If people actually looked into what carrot farmers spray and feed their plants with I think they would be shocked. I def don't think canibis will ever be looked at like a normal vegetable. Not in my time. I do strongly believe products like terpinator are not the reason for that. Just my 2 cents.

@medman west coast sour disel. Almost done. A bunch of fat nugs smelling so sour.

no idea...migth be worth emailing them and asking, because my bottles still say the 1-1.5-2.8....might be for labeling depending your state/country, or it could be they are rounding things up, or could be they are changing formulas.. might be worth asking them

Gonna give this a go vs my own amended soil. In either going to use it with happy frog or promix. Like what it claims. Could be the easiest way to grow ever. And at 8oz per 5 gallons it will be enough for 10 5 gallon pots.View attachment 517921 View attachment 517921
that looks really good man, how much a bag? $$$

are you supposed to use nutes with that or is it supposed to be water only? because it looks pretty complete

I am making broad generalizations... but when the biggest and most "respected" dispensaries are failing miserably for contaminants, I have to wonder how thoroughly people look into the products they use, if at all... people tend to assume that a product is safe because its on store shelves... I cant even begin to count how many times I've seen people spraying shit meant only for ornamentals on plants intended for consumption.

and the carrot thing... we ought be able to set up a booth at a farmers market, same as anyone else with their crops...

I'm personally not aware of many transparent companies... most have ingredients not listed because the exact chemical compositions are very often considered "trade secrets" like the KFC spices or pepsi's syrup recipe.

Okay so I'll put up some pictures tonight when i get my hands on a camera bc my phones is broken butttt my total dry weight from my first grow is just a cpl grams short of 13oz's!! Not too shabby since I was shooting for a # and this is my first indoor run! Not to mention bad heat wave, nute burn/deficiency (really me just learning how to use and apply nutrients) and letting my girls get WAY to big in veg for the size of my tent. I was really blown away by how much these girls took off during "the stretch"...But all in all an ahhhmazing learning experience! I feel confident next indoor run will be MUCH better and honestly cost A LOT less bc I won't be buying shit i don't need! I really will just K.I.S.!!!

Again I agree with just about every sentence written here. Especially on the failure of dispensaries failing inspections. Monster gardens just did a really awesome video on avid and why it shouldn't be used in weed crops. I feel the same as I about being able to sell our wares openly anyplace we want but keeping it real it's my opinion in my life time that won't happen. As for the secrets of nutrient companies and the contents of bottles I'm positive u can find what's in them just not their amounts and mixing ratios. I also would love to see exactly why those places have failed. I've been seeing it was due to pesticide content. Just not overly concerned with a product like nectar for the gods or general organics or even blue or green planet. I've talked to the owners of both nectar blue and green planet and they openly discuss what's in there bottles. They won't however discuss the ratios in which they mix them. At the end of the day I feel like what people spray on their plants is far more dangerous than any of the larger nute company's root drenches. Again just 1 mans opinion.
