Ok as of 7 days ago my main grow got busted / raided . lost all the equip plus 6 x wifi x fak x dpd . trinangle x stardawg all 4 weeks in veg . 2 barbie 1 lime skunk 2 indianna jonesin 1 gsc x bubba 1 black widow all between 1-3 weeks from ready . Saddness .

As if that wasnt bad enough . 1hr after i got realeased my ex slapped an avo on me that prevents me from having any contact with my kids . this is the real problem the rest i can start again . thats where im at ,at the min .

My family has 20 acres outside of town with an old abattoirs on it . all the sheds are used to keep family shit old furniture farm stuff and what not .when i was till married we put some gear there . well my well meaning mum let my ex go out there to get some stuff .ha . must of smelt it or something . bazinga the rest is history . when i say storage the only one who goes there is my dad .the rest drop and forget and my dad while not condoning my grow . understood it was better there than home .

So fellas I got an email from growers house yesterday. They have a cmh conversion kit. It's a 400 watt has ballast and a cmh to mogul adapter. Cost for the kit is still expensive but seeing as the adapter exists if any of us can find them it would cost so much less to run the bulb. 400 watt has ballasts cost shit. If anyone can locate a place that sells said adapters please get me a link. I'd run them that way all day.

Been a minute, but I've caught up with everything. There have been some very nice pics and I'm glad to see so much new stuff being ran-out by everyone!!

@drewski85 Congrats and best wishes on the newborn!!

@gardnguyahoy Suppose I do a week after transplant before flip now too. I went quite a few years flipping the day of transplant and had no issues; but you better be "on the ball" for conditions during the stretch phase. Any tiny error there will roast yield if you don't give pre-root time.
I guess with training. i don't tend to do much at all. My space / numbers don't permit the plants to be very branched as cross shading will counter any potential gains. But yea, definitely you can get too much plant in a space for sure.

In other news. I should have updates with fuel and headband (pheno 2 of 2) shortly.
Smoke testing the fuel pheno 1 of 2 (last with comparison pic) seemed a bit less cbd leaning than when it had been run with nitrate; so I would consider that a positive in this case. The flavor profile is narrower, but interestingly the "diesel" flavor is a bit more pronounced; but one of its' constituent component flavors was increased more than others (...maybe a sandalwood?).
Also I will have pics shortly of the new things coming up that I'm very excited about. Most namely the Rhonda's :love1:!! As well I'll have the Tranquil Elephantizer updates too.

Note to self; I can make just as good bubble if not better by hand VS. my new bubble magic 2.0! I deff let my need for new things blind me into wasting $120! All the time I have made it I have this huge wodden spoon thats like 3ft long and I carefully jostle the ice and herb and my bubble comes out ahhhmazing. With ths machine I feel like maybe I yielded more but for some reason I don't feel as if the end product was as good, like it was beat/mixed too hard. I set the timer to 6 mins two times then did a second wash washing it for a total of 20 mins. Anyway, ya live and ya learn I guess...Almost wish I woulda made some wax instead but whateves, I'm happy with the 95% melt I made.

Insane Seed Posse... they've got a few chem backcrosses that appear to be of quality.

I wanted to try single cola plants this time around instead of lst sc and all that like last round. Truthfully there IS too much plant. Which is why i want to flip asap. Im considering just snipping down the canopy and waiting another week. Im learning a lot about the in between process! Never been at this poin lt before so its pretty exciting/new feeling. The greatest part is im learning first hand what your saying lol. Ill give more thought before the flip. Ask more questions... Maybe consult my dude @MGRox before i go ahead.

I took another look. The pot is about a foot tall. Then theyre about a foot and a half after. So 2 1/2 ft. Tall. Cept the front left. Pure kush is pushin 2 feet over the pot. Its heavy indica lookin so i thought it would stretch less then my papple kush and Super lemon haze, which look to be leaning heavily towards sativa.i figured they would even themselves out lol. I guess im experiementing to say the least.... @Junk no offense taken at all, i see where what im doing might seem un-educated to you and its confusing haha. I guess ill learn me a good lesson.

Everything has the wrong plug haha! Id have to get a new plug installed ...buy conv. Cable on top of setting up a whole new space and i kind of got discouraged. So...new light. Same room. New exit fan and circulation setup. Etc...etc...

google: Ballast Receptacle Adapter

I think i was more bummed on having to install a new socket somewhere in my home. Unless theres a conv. Cable for the ballast too! : P

Im really not comfortable having some1 i dont know installing something in my house in an area i dont want them to see.. Ill be returning the 1k to my homie soon

Edit to add: is it possible to get the digi ballast rewired to fit a standard 120 plug?

depends on maker and model.
I know almost nothing about digital ballasts as I prefer mags, but with magnetic ballasts, they almost always come from the factory ready to be wired in the different standard configurations ie: 120/208/240/277. The folks who make the lights generally wire them for the most usable voltages so you should be able to open it up and see if the wires inside (or board) are marked with different voltages...
that is if you feel comfy doing such a thing...
