dude u need to make the coco switch with airpots,,, make it almost impossible to over water. the more you reuse it the better and higher the yield. . i reuse mines 5 rounds, using canna line.. if you are organic, works even better than soil ,IMHO ,, PS AS LONG AS YOU PURCHACE HIGH QUALITY COCO it will be an instant upgrade,..
I will deff try that im really intrested to see how it goes...I love soil thou just bc its nice never having to worry about ph and ppms but if i can grow the same flowers and just get more it might be worth it!

Ive heard its a lot like hydro. Plants respond to ph like a mofo. Imo coco is a compeltely different medium, and requires a completely diff style then soil. I did a couple plants in coco. While i was impressed with the roots, i hated the feeding schedule and finnicky-ness. All my coco plants (cept my OG bagseeds) are now transplanted into dirt to help retain water. Dont get me wrong, if i hook up an autofeed system and run drip tubes ill do a full on coc setup. But not until ive dialed in my texhnique, find an automatic watering system, get a ph pen lol, and be a lil more on point with the knowings of a hydro resavoir. Just saying, careful making that switch. Its nothing like organic soil. I prefer soil myself. For a couple reasons as well as why @Lazerus00 was saying.

if you really are interested in maximizing your yield, your plant needs to eat drink and grow at a faster rate which will require you to feed more often , (the oxygen that coco provides your roots encourages this) which will more than likely double your crop from soil.. but if yield doesn't matter as much to you then yeah ,, stick with soil… just know that coco is also and organic medium you can build your coco just like soil… only diff is you are feeding more often.. more feeding = more yield

I have used Coco and Soil.
I like them Both, But for the ease of use and for the Passive Hydro yields along with
simple feeding I just find Coco a bit more to my Liking and thats the thing
Its what we find that works best for Us
Each of us find a way that works and thats IMHO part of this whole picture Its what makes us Passionate about the ART.

you are absolutely correct,, but just keep in mind that even when something is working for us, if we keep our minds open (when communicating with like minded individuals),, thing can work even better.. (promix worked fine for me for years),, until i finally found something that worked better..( advise from a like minded individual)

I use dirt for my moms.
I Like rock wool for the grow it's easy.
Coco sounds like a lot more work. But I should try it at least once.

I would say i gro organic in coco, and the best coco i have found for organic coco growing is Coco Loco by bushdoctor, or the coco made by nectar for the gods, both are semi amended and if you can keep a ph of 5.8-6.3 you will he super fine, let me re phrase that, in coco loco using nectar, if you keep a ph of 5.8-6.3 you will shine. This is just what works for me, i prefer the taste of organic grown flowers over chems, but there are many ways to grow succesfully in coco, so i find i see the growth of a hydro grow but keep all of the organic flavor and smell. Best of both worlds and i know i could yield more with chems, but i prefer quality over quantity every day. Absolutely love Coco Loco

@FlyinJStable that is a very good yield in any medium.....lots of people claim that and their flowers aren't completely dry....I know for a fact that yours are....

I would do it on 2 plants and dial in your style to your new medium, and you will be perfect and performing at high level, while not completely switching the whole grow, imo get dialed on 2 plants see if you love it and go from there my brother! Them cbd flowers are fucking insane bro, just dripping wet , and its crazy how much darker the trichs are on a heavy cbd strain very amber just like my bodhis good medicine.
Keep slaying it bro, the force is stong in you.lol
