Went over to the Smokers Thread and it has some Decent templates of a Smoke report.
Maybe that's where a change would do a world of good,
Lets come up with a FIX... If you out there have a better form for making smoke reports share it
The best one I have seen is ON roll it up it 3 pages with very good details and its all set up to be filled in the blanks
Some one should come up with something Or ?

What about a "Grow Report"

Where the focus is more on the plant rather than the smoke. The report would have to go into the finished product, but would include more information about the grow. Hydro / coco / ROLS / etc. Could differentiate plants on vigor, branching, whatever you'd want. Anomalies, abnormalities, distinguished growth patterns....

Speaking of all that I feel so stupid bc for my first grow I kept a journal up until like 5 weeks before harvest then shit got too hectic. And when I just did my outdoor run i didn't journal anything. I am determines to document this current grow the best I can but a template would make it WORLDS easier for me....I have always been much more of a math/science guy not and english history guy....if anybody knows where i might find something like that it would be much appreciated!

I've just been using an at-a-glance appointment book. This thing has made a world world world of difference to me. Nothing to post online from it, but if I had taken pictures I could go back and make a real good journal.

Before this book, I barely knew when I took cutting, when they rooted, when I uppotted, shit I forgot when I flipped plants.

Now I know when I order things, when I install them, when I start plants, harvest, trim. Everything lol. Didn't realize how much perspective, seeing everything written down, gives.

Then you put into a template:
Date seeds/cut started, Days in veg, Transplanting dates, room upgrades, cuttings taken, vigor of specific plants, branching patterns, smells, plant training. General notes?

Oh also I will be going away (against my will) to visit my brothers in TN Nov.22 to Dec.2.....It's a total of 10 days and I was really freaking out about my girls bc I would be truly HEARTBROKEN if I lost these plants! After some good suggestions from some IG "friends" I think ima scoop up that Blumat watering system with a 5gal rez and 10 water lines with spikes. Now after some other suggestions from people that ave used it, I heard there is the pressure regulator that I wanna get too bc then i han hook my hose that has my chlorine filter on it to the regulator and then onto the rez so I wont have to worry about the rez going dry! Hopefully this all works out but I am assuming I can only put clean water with maybe a lil SLF-100 and maybe some AgSil16, anything else I would be afraid of going bad or clogging lines....thoughts?

You don't have somebody who can watch your plants for you? That's your best bet, I think at least. I had somebody watch mine. Although the plants must've dried out once a bit too much, they are fine.

If you've never used a drip system, I don't think it'd be a good idea to set one up before you knew how it worked. The drip systems can fail as well. So be careful.

Thats a SUPER SMART idea! I think im gonna go scoop one of those or something similar up. I might also start making an app to log all this shit for me. I have some limited app making skills, nothing too in depth but i got some friends that could help with it....just an idea

theres threads here on the blumats.i would def get them set up and make sure everything works well and it dont run dry after a few days.10 days is a long time to leave a grow on autopilot.i freak out after 4 days and thats with cameras in my rooms and a helper checking on shit daily lol.good luck man,everyone deserves a break once in a while.peace

Then I guess blumats are probably your best option. Just make sure when you set them up you get a chance to watch them for a week or two (get them NOW). And also when you set them up, set it up so it can fail and not cause a fire. (water may get everywhere in your room).

They can clog (shouldn't be an issue with just water). They can stop sending water for some reason (water your plants well before you leave). They can fail at connection points (water getting everywhere).

I'd say dim your lights if you can while you're gone. Raise the humidity as well, and keep the temps low. You probably don't want your plants growing as fast as they could be!

Yes good advice on maybe dimming lights and lowering the lights on temps.would def help them to use less water.

I swear they're trying to pawn off the garbage bud by making its name sought after. I read up on SOUR D and HAD to get some. Go to the clinic, booshit cut, booshit weed, THREE TIMES. Its a online business guide sham for dispensary goers and buyers alike and in my eyes, shouldnt even be taken seriously by anyone who actually NEEDS or is SEEKING medical benefits from cannabis. If you want smoke reports im sure theres plenty to go around, but generally people dont like being told what to do. Do you?

@threadfam yeaterday my lady threatened to call the cops on me. I followed with "go ahead" then ran inside and ripped out all my extra plants and my whole clone line. I lost my pure kush and SLH genetics. Im about a week 1/2 into flower and i want to snip a couple cuts but i dont want to fuck my plants up. I feel like i already fucked them up the week before flower. They dont need anymore stress. Of all the strains i have i had to lose my pure kush and SLH the two i was planning on keeping around.

I dunno why im bitching. Out with the old in with the new. And some very very very fine opportunities have been provided for me via a couple of good people on here. I just havent even flowered these strains yet. So i dunno if im gonna be bummed or relieved to lose the genetics

I wish this was a personal vacation. I used to be a hardcore junkie/dealer for a good 15 yrs of my life. I have been 5+ years clean now and believe it or not gardening and growing is honestly my saving grace! I wish I would have gotten into growing when I was 12 as opposed to getting in dope and hard...but hey we all live and learn...My bros being the amazing brothers they are think that if i at least dont go visit for the holidays that i MUST be back on drugs so they bought me a 10 day ticket which the do twice a year so they can assess how i look and act and that im still living the sober life...lol I know it sounds like I am a child but they just really love me and care is all. I can only get so aggravated with that! I will pray and i ask you guys here on the thread pray that I don't lose all or any of these awesome stains! Think positive and positive things happen...RIGHT??

Yea i figured id dim the lights from 1000 to 600 or maybe 400....idk and yea I just ordered the blumat with a pressure reg so i canhave my hose with my boogie blue filter on it and attach it to the reg that feeds into the rez so my plants don't go dry..

I was also thinking maybe i should put a lil SLF-100 in bc i think thats the only thing i wouldn't be worried about clogging or going bad...maybe some AgSil16...whatta ya think guys?

Believe me I have had more firends die then i have friends. Heroin is a nasty drug that sucks the life out of you your friends and your family. I am BEYOND lucky i made it out. I stated when I was 12 so you can imagine what kinda shape i was in by 20yrs old.....I honestly didn't want to be alive anymore! Nowadays my days are bright and the bad days are so far in my past that I feel like Im a diff person! I surround myself with good people and do positive things that not only i like but that are productive to society!! Up with Hugs Down with Drugs!!!

Wow man, respect. Glad to see your on the other side if things. Ive too many friends, and personally tried to help family members who fell victim to the junk. And a lot of tragic stories that went with it. It makes for a couple of times in my life that were very hard. I wont go into it but i never touched the stuff. Seen too much at a young age to have allowed it into my life.

Just wanted to say mad respect for having the strength to make that switch. And the courage to move forward with your life in a positive way.
