I'm pretty sure you should just masturbate and come up with a new plan. Can't hurt.
Google emergency dentist, get that shit extracted or your tooth pain will become ear splitting jaw pain. It will start in the tooth and end with gum disease and an increased risk of bone cancer. Plus, emergency dentists are heavy on the novacaine, and your receipt doubles as your 'this is why my piss has opiates in it' pass.
Here is your public service announcement. In my experience there are three types of people who are experiencing jaw or tooth pain or other dental issues. Those who want their 2x per year cleanings, xrays, and the occasional filling, those with major and immediate needs that a $1,000 benefit wouldn't come close to addressing, and of course, the dutch. Dental Insurance would fit best here, because there are waiting periods for more major services. Folks should be purchasing dental insurance and satisfying their waiting periods so that when the major stuff happens, it can be addressed. This is the only way dental insurance can work. If everyone used their yearly benefit on day one, nobody would keep their insurance and then we wouldn't have dental insurance.
The other type of person who needs help is someone like the OP. Without insurance, but in need of work. Lots of work. Whether past drug use, no insurance, or neglect, dental issues get expensive quick. For people who need a shit ton of work done and don't want waiting periods, deductibles, or maximums, then a discount buying service would fit best. You pay a fee, usually sign a yearly contract, and the program is a discount buying service. I'm looking at a brochure for a program that costs $9.80 per month or $111.60 per year. Without coverage a '1 Surface Perm-Filling' retails for $125, on this plan you pay $44. Without coverage a 'Root Canal, Anterior' retails for $659, on this plan you pay $245. Without coverage a 'Root Canal, Molar' retails at over a grand, on this plan you pay $365. You can find these discount buying programs under dental carriers like Delta Dental, one company I've seen on 9news is called direct dental plans of america.
They don't do tooth/mouth pain treatment at the ER other than Tylenol Three, as in Tylenol, in the amount of three pills. Not the fun kind of tylenol with codeine.
I hope you feel better, mouth pain fucking sucks. 20% benzocaine lasts for about 30 seconds, much like myself.
