topping or fimming

question or advice from my fellow farming friends . What internode do you typically fimm or top from on indica dom strains - I just fimmed my FCJ & bbgum on the fourth curious to see what the community is doing...... thanks in advance...... peace

I got larry ogs... Indica dom according to cali connection seeds...i started topping my plants at a young age..and continued to do so all the way to flower...ended up where am at now one plant with 20 or so tops colas... I also low stress trained it what ever it took for it to stay under4 feet but develope as many tops as posible

I top the main top, let it grow out for a few days, then top all the sides. I follow the FIM pretty much to a T and it creates a nice bush.

I usually don't top my indicas cuz they grow 2 slow.. I always top my super stretching strains like OG's or sativa growing strains.. I'm not saying u can't top a indica it's juss that I don't do it cuz my WiFi's will over grow the tent & shade out the indicas.. But topping at the 4th node will work great.. It sounds like ur off 2 a good start.. When u get 2 nice heads going then cut them again..

I've got 2 Mob Boss, 2 P98, and 2 AlienDawg running now. I took my typical approach on one of each strain, and went one more level of FIM a few days later on the other. This is my first time in SuperSoil, and they plants are incredibly vigorous. As a tip, I recommend following any trimming or FIMing with a nice foliar feed. Plants seem to like it. :)

I think it stands for 'Fuck I Missed' and it is a topping technique. Check out the photo below. Basically a way to making a bushier plant with more tops.

fimm is short for fuck i missed and its like topping but you only cut half of the top off -hence the term fuck i missed. This will promote multiple top cola - picture attached

well they just allowed the first seed to be planted in two of the six proposed sites and will start med mj in the beginning of 2013 - also just released the dr's that will write , give cards but it is the strict's state by far only three strains and must be seriously ill - anxiety aint cutting it around here. Also the strain's cant be higher than 10% thc - how they will judge that i dont know - I was thinking about calling one of the dr's but i think its better to lay low now and grow my own better shit. I would love to work for one of the growers as i seriously love every aspect of this, even cleaning my area and mixing my chem's excite me but i'm sure all employee's would have to be tested for mj . but a step in right direction anyways ..........peace soser

Yeah Sose i enjoy all aspects of tending 2 the garden also, I would def work in a dispencery.i would wanna b in the back though tendin 2 the garden! LOL. Damn 10%thc WTF bricked up corner dirt gotta b more than that! Hey guys nice inputis IMO i prefer to just super crop because unlike topping where u lose 1 cola to gain 2 when super-cropping you snap one cola to temporary halt its growth and get two more colas together making 3 same affect ass topping and fimming i think but tell me if im wrong
