guns most likely will tip the table every time...no guns in my house, just my 85 pound pit

i see it as we forfit that right when play in a game that is not fully leagal..

Yeah sure I agree and act in accordance, but come on 690 years is gnarly! I would never/have never had guns, don't like them personally but I really wish this wasn't happening to this guy, seems really wrong in my eyes.

690 is rough...but whats the mandatory on a.c.a. in montana? realy it sounds like a 10 to 15 charge.

Bingo, tattoojim. These laws are nothing new.....and these cats musts had a shit-ton of guns.

Scary. If you are that big and need that many guns you aren't really doin' the MMJ thing....you are just a dope dealer using all other MMJ patients as pawns in your game. I feel for them/their families...but these cats weren't just growing a few plants in their closet and medicating in front of the tube via a doctor's rec.

I certainly dont agree with what the federal government is charging this man with....But does anyone remember the First Montana PBS special about medical cannabis? Montana Cannabis was featured in the special, and I specifically remember while they were talking about "saftey" the camera quickly showed in the corner of the room a "Tactical AR-15 type semi-auto weapon" I remember thinking to myself at that moment," That was stupid to keep that weapon in plain sight while the camera's were rolling". I have always known guns and cannabis DO NOT MIX , Has been that way all my life. But unfortunately we are left to choose between our rights as "free citizens". This is the reason why I stopped growing.

yeah sure, but they were not really gangsters or anything like that. From what I understand, and mind you I barely know them, they were just gun lovers, we have lots of them in Montana and everywhere else for that matter. Had a gun been used to perpetuate a crime involved with mmj then I can understand, but I don't think that is the case here.

im like sky high on this one..i feel for them and dont wish to see them in jail, but this is not the case to publicize.
a guy in alaska.. mmj grower for himself gets the cops called on him cause he wont sell to a family member. cops are told he is a big time dealer, they kick in the door taze him. well needless to say he almost dies in the floor cause he has a pace maker. they manage to save him while do n a smash and grab. after all is done and said he has no baggies no scales, and wouldnt you know it he has a mmj card leagal limit of plants, and dry wieght was leagal limit. now shit like that is what we should b fighting for.. this man was a vet, and payd his do'z.

Not the case here at all. I am one of those gun enthusiast's. On that fateful day, when I was notified about what was happening in our state, MY FIRST RESPONSE WAS TO REMOVE ALL MY WEAPONS AND AMMO FOR MY HOME.(I fit the catagory of "home grower"). Again this is the reason I dont grow cannabis now. Im NOT A GANGSTER EITHER. I believe in our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and I certainly dont want to be in those shoes. This is a travesty!!

i think about picking up a new piece offten.. then i remind myself if something goes wrong that is another 10year to look at.

The 2nd Amendment of the Bills of Rights (the right to bear arms and have a militia) was written for ONE reason and one reason only:

TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE GOVERNMENT!

But I prefer Ted Nugent's insight. check it out:

if you don't want to see it all, go to the 4:00 minute mark, esp at 4:45 (btw, ignore those assholes Teller and Penn's comments at the end of the video):

Ted would love to shoot you in the face...simply because you smoke marijuana.

He may love his guns and stand for HIS rights....but you, as a druggie, are shit on his shoe.

yeah ted is far out there, he lives near me, crazy mother fucker, dont like him but that women was spot on and articulated things quite well...not a popular viewpoint but guns are here so we can have a revolution if need be, just as our ancestors did many moons ago...after they came and raped and inslaved a nation of people, but thats another story, but we loved haivng guns to beat them also now that i think about it...crazy world, but players play...feel sorry for this guy and anyone unjustly jailed, but i do have a healthy respect for the enemy and just what were up against...

FWIW

I heard of a fellow here in MT that had a card in 09 that expired in 10. Last fall he went in to buy a new elk rifle, waited 3 days and was denied because of question 11e. They new he at one time he had a card. Fn bull shit.

Also... I think one reason they went after Lindsey is, he's kind of the head on the snake that medical is in MT. Everyone, everyone involved knows who he is and has interacted on some level with him. He is a smart mofo. And they know he is. Its fucked.

And. It seems the reason they went after MT cannabis, is those dudes were lobbying to have one grow (theirs) to provide all the meds for all MT patients. I have to say it... Their meds were the worst I saw around here. No BS. Stuff looked like it had composted.

Its hard to blame the Feds wen huge grows have tons of guns... The sentencing def isn't right but with a lot of weapons your kind of asking for trouble... I'm from Cali tho and have no clue about gun culture in MT so I might be way off base. I hope at least this Chris guy doesn't get 690 yrs especially if he wast even working there... That's idiotic..
