Yes, I know, you want milky and amber. I’ve read the charts but I don’t know what the fuck I’m looking at, it all looks bomb to me.

I don’t think these are ready, I’m really hoping they bulk up more, but trying to get an idea.

This is one plant, the cheesy one.

My purp. This plant all of a sudden lost all its big leaves, with the smaller ones turning purple and yellow almost over night. Which can be normal, I like the colors, I don’t know if it’s healthy or not though.

If you want a good up close look at your trichomes, jump onto your favorite internet shopping website and pick up a cheap jeweller's loupe for about $10. I suggest a dual lens with 30x/60x magnification because at 30x it's not much better than zooming in with your phone camera. But man, once you get your first magnified peek of those trichomes.. Wow.

Also on trichomes, I have a different take about why to wait for 20% amber. It's not that the amber is ideal. On the contrary, it indicates THC is beginning to break down into CBN. But it allows more time for the remaining clear ones on the plant to take on their cannabinoids. And this is desirable because while the amber trichomes may have THC that has degraded into CBN, the clear trichomes have nothing at all to offer.

I have one. The 60x lens is super small and I was having a hell of a time looking thru it.

I think I see some amber on the purple one but I’m unsure.

shit okay. So it may be too early? I’ve noticed a bit of new white hairs in the top, almost like the start of foxtails

In my limited experience, ive pulled plants too early but have never been at risk of pulling too late. I would suggest giving more time if weather allows.

Ok cb......I'll let you know a dark secret I have.......I lied to everyone about pulling my plants.....because seriously, they are a touch behind yours I'm thinking.....I'm keeping um out.....one of um is just barely starting to change color....like yours, a purple color .....but my pistils are just starting to brown.....
