So in general terms when a seedling gets tall like that its because they are stretching for the light. That means the light is too far away or too dim. I cant remember if that has already been said and dont want to read again. Also not saying what you need to do just some "most of the time" knowledge.

Its also a sativa which tend to stretch because of genetics. I'll be trying to keep an eye in here for updates.
i was using a shop light in the beginning so yes she stretched unfortunately

That bit of dirt in the first pic almost looked like rot to me. All looks good. The light isnt a crazy distance away. I think most 100w leds at that distance would be plenty ppfd. Just checking on you.

i had to repot her cause this is how she sprouted... this was during the shop light era

True. Your new pot does it have drain holes? And are you watering just part of the soil? And remove the seed head manually

drain holes will be added once i elevate it some. just watering part of the soil around her when the soil is dry.

There is a chance your edges will become hydrophobic if you dont water them
 
gotcha. didnt know dirt became phobic lol
Its like when mud dries you get almost a rock it doesnt want to drink water and everything is dead inside.you can rehidrate it but life is still dead you have to mix it woth new dirt or buy some mycos to repopulate
