I think a lot of people think of early training like mainlining. this is done very early but certainly not on an auto. very much high stress training. Gotcha my non auto didn’t sprout…. Was planted 11-20 so 5 days ago.

I would not train the plant until it matters. I had folks saying the same thing in my auto run.
Your plant is tiny and fragile. You go bending and twisting it and you will wind up very angry at yourself.
There is no light related reason to train the plant. There is no growth that is dominant that you need to train for like the early stretchy stuff.
It sounds like you need some guidance in how to train. I will post some early and later pics and you can see how training gives you extra growth and a more useful canopy.
Starting training

Here is my first day of training about 4 weeks in. They look bushy and unkempt.
They are 8 inch tall autos in a 3 gallon pot. The light was not an issue and the only think I really needed to take care of is the stretchy plant that the top is pulled down on. A few lower stems have been pulled outwards towards the pot edge. Not much

Week later. This skips several days of training as this is an every day thing during the stretchy parts of the grow.

You can see the pattern that is developing. With the main stem pulled in one direction the stems in the light throw out new stems. The basic pattern is what is called a choir pit. The main stem is the organ pipes and the pulled down growth is the choir and the pulpit.
10 days later.

Overall the canopy is getting very level at this point. If you zoom in you can see the wires still holding the stem runs from the main trunk down and outwards. We are trying to clear the upper growth so the lower bud sites can get light. Like these top down shots. View attachment 2568521View attachment 2568522View attachment 2568523
If you do not train or the plant laggs behind and does not spread you get this.

Only the top bud gets light. But like magic. We pull them stems down and let the top go and.

1 week later a plant that was almost dead looks to be stacking.

By training out and holding them until the middle of stretch it allows for long bud runs to develop. Once you let the hold downs go the plants respond by running the stems up and up.
View attachment 2568526 because they are tiny plants these bigger runs are only about 10 inches long. When they bulk up they look like this.

This shows a natural untopped plant that was just pulled down at the stems as they grew and 1/2 way through stretch allowed to turn up and climb.
Your saying a small soft plant has problems bending and he should wait until she is strong and hard soo it bends harder?

Soo yea if you want cristmass trees wait until they are steong and hard then you can bend them 30° or do it now and get 90°
As soon as you bend it it will not spend all the energy on the main top she will share some with the rest of the branches.
Unless you have lots of plants in your box and you will fill it up with them.

Also you can see in my cureent grow right plant is bent from day one left plant is done as jim i had 3 on the left.right plant took more than half the box and bud size is the same.left has tiny bir more size but a lot less budsites

Bend make the top as close to the ground as you can without breaking the plant

i have 4 plants in the toute lol... the one i thought a gonner sprouted lol

Well its up to you just think any open space is a waste of light
Speaking of light. Is this kinda what u were talking about? When i went to bend the stalk she started coming out the ground about 30 degrees so i far went that idea instead to get the new leafs into the light

Ok one thing I can not stand is when someone gives information that is not correct. You posted a star date that is not even close.
In the future ( or past ) please use the very easy to use star date converter.
Otherwise when we finally get digital padds all the dates will be wrong😎

Ill use my own format thanks! But didn’t know there was a calculator

The second 25 was supposed to be a 12

could use some help dialing in my LEDs... the tropical cookies has been slow growing. and tiny leafs... or the leafs taco... even at low light levels... is it the nutrients in the soil i used? water her every other day when the top inch or so is kinda dry. i know humidity is like 35% the humidifier i bought didnt do much.... im 17" from the canopy should i raise the light? im at 45% on the dial was lower. was running 24/7 lights but just got my timer in the mail so its been 18hrs light. leafs do not feel brittle. and the blood moon is the only plant i got to not stretch!!! which the lower light has been stretching the cookies... i read i follow i learn i fuck up i get frustrated and quit lmao... pic of alpha shortly after lights out with my room light on... im thinking other lights are causing issues.... read someware to use green light when lights out...
