the neem brother,,i do the same and drench them over and under, next day all my flowers have shivelled up and day after the leaves start dying,,i do this in evening just before dark were they have all night to suck it into pours,,happens everytime,,even my medicine inside, the leaves dry to almost a crackel and never recover, doesnt harm the buds, but the leaves are like a cracker, you touch them they just fall off to ground,,reason i never do it,,did this last time becuase i found a worm type thing on top of soil, hurt my melon plants the most, they are just now putting more pretty leaves out and new flowers,,kinda sucks in a way ,i was going to prune at first fruit, and now these damn vines are about 8ft long, lmao

hahahha I usually try to clip everything after the first fruit, I never grow more than one a vine here mate and its a nightmare, not been possible this year no way we were ever gonna get 100 days sunshine buddy, but my squash, zucchini, egg plants are all enormous. I will send you some of these Nero Di Milano courgettes, they are zuchini in your world, but they are delicious, they will benefit from some sunshine proper, they yield like bastards, I can sell them I have so many, I am cutting 3 every other day per plant, I have 8 plants. just from the backyard in the UK too. I handed a pile of them to a food bank here locally today with a heap of chilli some lettuce, cucumber. I have too much and a family or two will be happy I know. I gave a box to my neighbors here and still had loads left LOL. I made up a few extras and dropped these off so feel better now. They wont be wasted
