hahaha yeah, its partially because I still have really OLD bulbs, new ones are in the mail. That and the lights are touching the 8' ceiling. Also think my white balance setting is off. Anyways...I'll have a lot of BHO from the flarf.

Here's some new pic's. The Oger99's are at 21 days and the CSD's/4SD are at 35. I might have brought their nutes up too high as they started to burn but its all good now and their back on track!

Just took a good look at the bottom buds and their movin along just fine. It has to be my camera making it look shady down there. Thinking about moving the bare bulb to the middle level of the plants anyways. The Oger99 is the tallest of them all, measuring in at 5'11-6' without the pot. She tried to make it difficult coming upstairs, insisted on ripping her side branches on the railing upstairs. I think she liked the co2 too much and didn't want any normal air. Speaking of which, I gota get down there and take some pic's.

All I can say is some really impressive cuts did some really impressive shit. I'm really diggin one plant in specific, but I've got about 3 layers of duct tape over the label on the pot to see what it is, might have to wait and see what she is after the chop, its also written on the rockwool cube but coco and roots are all over it. Anyone take that plastic off their cubes before they plant them?

Well I'm finishing up smoking this Afghan Kush and Flo I'm about to run out of, its been fun but about to pick up some Chem Valley Kush and SFV OG Kush for my personal stash. I gota say its been a pleasure being here on thcfarmer and theres some ridiculously cool growers on here for sure. Pics of the Chem Valley Kush are in the CO Bud porn thread. Cant lie I'm getting real excited about testin it out later this week.

Nice work bro... I always take the plastic off of the rw cube before planting. Those that stack the rw on larger rw cubes and then on top of a mat for hydro will tend to leave it on from what I've seen. As for the shady lower canopy, I notice when I take similar Picts that the camera will make the lower canopy look much darker than reality...

However, the reality is that the cola development at the upper canopy is much futher along than the popcorn bud sites in the lower canopy so at harvest the small buds will still need several weeks to develop fully... Herein lies the problem since the plants have been through at least a 10 day flush, so even if you chop off the top half of the plant, you'll have to start back with nutrients and extend your cycle... Which will cut into your next round... :thinking

Thanks for the compliment and tips bro! I knew I should have kept doing that, got lazy I guess. The next run in this room will most likely be in hydro, drip/bubbler, on tables. So no more 6' plants 7' off the ground. Not that its not cool having big ass trees, but like you said, my bottom buds are gonna take a hit! haha I need to do some more lollipopping while I can on the plants 3wks in.

Looking great man. Good to see the progress. I take the plastic off my cubes as well too, just as habit really, I dont know if it has any postive or negative effects. Im gonna flower mine so much shorter next round. Plants are at my height so good 6ft or more I would say only 2-3 ft are colas and canopy though. All about the lollipoppin brah. Afghan kush has a really nice flavor thats so familiar when I toke that bro. I can see where the Afghan falls into some of these Diesels for bx and what not. Anyway, great job man, cant wait to see how they finish up I think youll really likem

Thanks for the advice man, think you're right. I was just looking at the CSD's in week 5, their all frosty and the bud structure actually reminds me of the Afghan Kush. Can't wait to smoke these girls after already finding out what kind of high and taste they have. My Glass Slipper is really taking off and so is a bunch of other stuff.

Going to take some pics of the co2'd room. Try not to look at the soil plants I finally got around to flowering, their nutes got messed up big time. It's not easy running soil nutes, coco nutes, and hydro nutes at the same time. Can't wait to simplify it down to two mixes.

Little update on their progress, and my Afghan Kush. Its enjoyable smoke, wish I would have saved a cut of it but I doubt I'll be regretting that much longer.

Alien OG and Banner #5. The new shit in flower got owned by a hanna ph meter. I just bought a blue lab ph meter today and found out i was watering with 6.1 ph. Even though the pos hanna was reading 3.95-3.90(if left long enough in the 4.0 calibration solution it would go down to 3.85) and 7.05-7.1 in 7.0 solution. It was definitely drifting some, bad judgement on my part. Their drinking at 5.8 now though! Just hope they make a full rebound, some are 10 days in and some are 3wks in.
