Upper scrog

Should i put the upper scrog in before I flip and raise as the the plant stretches to support the colas or should I let the plant stretch and then put it up?

I don't use scrog but honestly you are better getting it up now and allowing the plant to grow into it. Putting it up later would be a nightmare.
