Veg and stink

Was kinda surprised how much smell a plant puts off during veg. My room has a deffinet smell, but the 6 plants I'm putting outside I have by my screen door and when you walk by it is very noticable. Or when a breeze comes through you can smell them 10 ft away. Didnt think they had smell till they had buds.

Is that a problem?

Terpene expression is kind of a goal here, and you make it sound undesirable, in a way. Yup, a good strain can offer a good odor and that sorta means that something is going right. So if that stops, you are doing it somehow wrong or you have the flu.

They really get specific in flower - tending to the strain characteristics. Not everyone likes it. You may need a plan, if this is a problem.

No problem here, live in the country and only really have one buddy come out that's helping foot the bill a little lol. I just didnt think itd be that strong this early. Its bag seed, that's ok. Decent high shit taste(minty) Think they failed on curing. Also 11 plants 1 I think is a male looks beefy comparatively and dont smell nearly as much. So must of got really lucky.

I used to grow 50 to be sure to have 25 girls. Good to hear you don't have a problem.

Cannabis can be really rewarding with surprises - somehow the plants don't give a fuck about all the fancy names we made up.

I was going to start 20 and hope to have 5 to 7, now I'm growing in and out

I grow from cuts these days - if I like it I make more cuts. I can't grow big outdoors anymore so I just do a few indoors and play with the environment a bit. I put a few excess outside but the fall weather always fucks me and I lose a bunch to a variety of things - the wet weather and botrytis always visit the best buds. It just isn't dry enough here for the late season strains.

Some strains more than others, indoors you smell some at lights on too.

It's a good smell for sure, on the fence for flipping atm, my plants are 17"-15" not sure if I wait till june 1 that my room is big enough. They have gone crazy. The ones I took out of the room blew up outside. Almost think they stretched. Seems wierd they stretch in sun light but not under a light?? All the small younger plants got pulled. The first pic was may 13th 2nd pic is 3 days latter. They grew 3 to 4 inches a day. They was a tad dry today so watered only seen about a inch growth today.

Never grew a plant that didn't have a smell in veg, at least when rubbed.

I had a premature Chemdawgxchemdawg seed come up in my compost, put him in the bathroom by himself til it catches up, AC kicked on last night when I was in the kitchen getting a midnight snack, could smell that single Chemdog seedling real easy.

The smells that travel aren't terpenes, youll never smell mango across the house like you can funk aromas.
