I really appreciate you replying to me and doing so fast ,I need this kind if information ...see now if I make the room smaller aren't the plants not supposed to not touch ? I took all these out of a 4x8 garilla grow tent because they were so cramped ...I guess what I can do is take some of the smaller plants veg them huge and set them for the next run but I will get another light tomorrow

No no take from the bottom maximize your tops, aka shave the legs. I usually reduce fan leafs by about 15% each week of flower till week 5-6. Hope I helped.
