Not much going on outdoors here in VA. this time of year. Besides my outdoor game sucks due to being to shady on my property.

Thought i would post this for anyone interested. Looks like they are going to increase the amount you're allowed to possess but still limit growing to 4 plants. So as the law is written at this time to my understanding.

• Section 4.1-1100 of the Code of Virginia, as updated in 2021, makes it lawful for persons aged 21 years and older to possess not more than one ounce (28 grams) marijuana in any PUBLIC place. The violation of this provision makes a person liable to a civil penalty of not more than $25. Other than persons licensed by the government to operate a marijuana establishment, anyone having more than one pound of marijuana in their possession will be charged with a felony. Such an offense could make them liable to imprisonment terms ranging between one year to ten years and a fine of not more than $250,000.

I personelly dont need to travel around with 2.5 ounces although I can see were someone might want to make larger purchases to take home. I would hope they never limlt what you can have in private as a single plant produces more than that.

The main problem i have with the current law is the 4 plant limit. It makes it impossible to do any breeding, cloning, pheno hunting or any of that fun stuff and stay within the law. Although I believe i read somewhere that between 4 and 50 plants is a 3rd degree misdemeanor with no more than a 25$ fine, same as having too much in possession, so basically they just write you a ticket. I'll take my chances with a few extra plants. Although I shouldn't be complaining at all, as I've said before, growing up here i never dreamed any of this would be legal in my lifetime.

Really wish we could grow more than 4 plants. Would love to try growing Regs, but very difficult when we can only grow 4 at a time. If the laws change, want to try breeding. Sounds very interesting!

Guess I was wrong, that's a lot more than 25$. But I don't think they'll get their panties in a bind unless it's obvious you're selling. I'll still take my chances, I'm completely addicted and can't slow down now. Wonder if there's a growers rehab.

Here's Blueberry Pancakes SCROG 3+ weeks after flip. Getting a pretty good stretch but there's still 24" between light and canopy, yay! I clipped a lot of leaves down below in the shade and removed most of the little larf suckers below the net.
