Screens are 60 90 110 and 200
I got to thinking a tumbler of sorts would be nice, well it appears that a lot of other people are wanting a tumbler to. Unless it's a bubble magic a lot of the others are sold out, I may have found "the last one, it's a pollen master 500 but it has the 125 mesh screen as apposed to the popular 150 or even the 185. Should i also order a 150?

I weighed out 100 gm of flower from a vault that was 62% last night @ 308 gms ... room temp

hey i’ll be here after work tomorrow.
it’ll be easier to break up the buds after freezing and taking out the moisture..
i use a large meditainer to quickly break up bud and dump on screen, i only use two screens though.
what’s on the bottom screen is what your after having the most trichome heads though there will be still lots of contaminate (even though it looks pure) that can be separated by static friction.
use your jewellers loop and you’ll start to see hairs, trichome stalks.. etc. you’ll know your close when the pile is left than half and kinda clumpy.. meaning more heads less contaminate.
fluffy/powder resin is no where near pure heads.. do you need pure heads to press hash? no but...

also there is a bunch of videos of guys making hash in hash making countries that i learned a ton from just watching..

either way your on to a good start!
mind you your probably just going get a small chunk.. but starting out small allows for mistakes.. also nothing is garbage you can use for oil or edibles or your joints.
one other thing it’s important to have everything cold even if you have to work outside/garage i guess it depends on where your at..
it’s good to have a bit of isopropyl to clean off the cards, everything will get sticky quickly- colder the better (cold keeps resin from being so sticky).

You got spot more goin on than by I do,

so after watching and reading all the different techniques to make hash I had to try. I had like a zip maybe a title more of close trim , and some jerry rig gear (no real screens yet) I ended up with a couple little balls like this- full of plant matter but still a lot better than I thought! Bitch I only got bud with a month or so cure and from what I hear the longer the better? Your opinion ?

yep your on the right track, you can see in your pressed piece that it’s kinda green and not holding together, so definitely still dirty. but good job!
of course real screens would help.
ya i would say the shortest cure time is like 6 months up to over a year., i hear 4 months will work.
i try to follow the way that the hash making countries make it.,
i’ve thought about and maybe try it with some from this grow, is i may just leave some weed in a room that is warm 70 ish+.. low low humidity for a month and see what happens. i’ve read somewhere that one place will cut down the plants in the field and leave them cutdown out in the field for a week than collect and sift, mmmm?
anyhoo, you are on the right track, that’s why i say use around a 100 grams at a time till you got it down..
like anything to do with marijuana,

Nah the trim was months old , I was just sayin I don’t anything to play with right now as anything I have has only been In a jar a month or so - blue magoo, cherry pie, Neville haze so thee we waiting game begins ! Lol I think with the right equipment the end product will be worth the wait!

is it cleaned?
you say the bottom? meaning on the table or mirror etc?
i’d take the two good ones after being cleaned and out them together to make a chunk, stuff on very bottom is basically contaminate..
did you use a jewellers loop or something?

Not cleaned
Yes last one was on the white paper which was on the table
