I just finished my first grow with 250w digi ballast and full range of sunpulse bulbs.
Can't tell how good they are as I don't have anything to compare against.

DAYAMN! THAT'S SLICK RICK, RULIN' IT!
So when you say 250 and full range of Sunpulse, does that mean different bulbs different cycles? I'm not familiar with the brand, ill do some research but any knowledge is appreciated!

EDIT--did research... took three minutes. http://www.sunpulselamps.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=32&Itemid=17 I should have looked first... but incase others are bad at posting before researching like me, ill leave my post up;)

Has anyone given the badass hps bulbs by AN a try? I picked up a couple on special from a local store. The packaging is cool and they boast their product as better than hortilux

Ha. AN - boasting - no!?

Yep, 4 bulbs, followed instructions as said on box. 4k and 6.4k for veg, 3k for flowering and 10k for last week during flush.
I only got this unit cos the guy at the growshop talked me out of getting an LED and done me a good deal.
I will know the full dry weight in a couple of days

I'm running both hortilux dual spectrum 1000,normal 1000w and then my third 1000w badass bulb

I'm liking both brands, let's see what last. Got a sun pulse as a spare also!

Temperpedic/apple

Was the sunpulse kit u got a fortune? A few posts back someone talked about the manufacture setting the list price. This is called an IMAP product. Apple temperpedic mattress ect. While an apple store will always stick To there price depending on ur negotiating skills you can usualy get something off. Also the price they are telling u is the IMAP price is higher than the manufacturers price so they have room to work. If your sales person works for commision he just makes less. If it is a large store ask to speak to the manager he wants to mAke the sale And didn't care about the commision. Also don't be afraid to walk...that gets the price down fast or at least get add ons thrown in. Remeber the economy sucks so some money is better than none. And don't let them fool u everything is negotiable it might only be 10% or 15% but if your dropping a couple grand it adds up.

Just clear a thing or two up on imap.
If you go to an apple store/temperpedic on line forget. Go to like a Sleepys or one that carries an Imap product along side others. Never take no for an answer.

No lol I wish I was that smart lol. I took my name from a book called Jonathon Strange and Mr. Norell ( awsome book recomend it to everyone) and that is an illustration of J.S.
