This sounds like an opening for a new company to emerge. One that has the stuff it takes to be independent and grow out strains under exact standards that they anonymously buy from breeders. Then publish Full & Fair reports on each breeders seeds . Wish I had the "where with all" to do it. But may-be some one else does. Any way it would be cool to have some kind of standards that reputable breeders had to go by while describing there seeds and strains.
