BOG from back in the day....now it's all of you clowns who inspire me =)

THANKS A MILLION

Look at grows on this site. Try not to look at shady's, DD's, GoD's, Ograskal's, even some of the small timer's killing it, and not get inspired. The community on this website is enough inspiration.

I've had a few teachers of direct experience who would prefer to remain nameless, and a few more that can be found here thanks to the information superhighway.

But one of my favorite resources that altered my relationship to plants themselves was this book:

The Secret Teachings of Plants
The Intelligence of the Heart in the Direct Perception of Nature
http://store.innertraditions.com/isbn/978-1-59143-035-3

It offers great insight for anyone with a shamanic bent, or in other words, those who listen to the neural processing power of the heart over that of their brain.

Most people don't realize that our hearts are composed mostly of neural cells, and that there is a measurable electromagnetic field produced as a result of our heartbeat, something that every living thing- heart or no- possesses and utilizes for sensory perception. Through this field, very real communication can take place, leading to better understanding of the plants needs and an overall kinship with one's plants that for me personally is a beautiful thing.

Food, Inc., is RE-inspiring me. As I continually hurt myself to the point where I can't do anything (literally, having trouble just shoveling dirt) my husband finally watches it, except he got it onto DVD and got to see the whole thing (I haven't) and he gets to talking about all the things discussed and it just gets me motivated all over again to go out and REALLY hurt myself.

Why? Because, I WILL NOT BE MANIPULATED.

Maybe throw in some words - here or in a PM on what do you mean by saying that you hurt yourself? I am simply interested, as I couldn't get mi head around it... Pure curiosity, hehe...
Peace and Blessings!
