That super-hard tap-water is certainly jacking with your nutrient ratios but... looking at those photos, it's hard to believe your PH is correct. Check that PH in the root mass - don't just check it in your res and assume you're good to go, I guarantee the PH in your buckets varies from the PH in your res.

If I had that much calcium in my tap, I'd use some simple one-part with no calcium, like Jacks 10-30-20 bloom booster, and no other inputs. It may also be that with your water supply, DWC is not your ticket. Coco may be ideal, as it will tie up at least some of that excess calcium in the medium.

Res is 5.9 all the buckets are 5.8 down as far as I could stick the probe. Thanks I’ll look into that.
