Mini-split fo sho.

Window a/c are also good if you get a high seer rated one, but mini-splits still blow them away. Just get a good one.

Before even thinking about air conditioners, insulation is the key. Why pay the cash for a large ac if you cant maintain that cold. Serious cash every month from Mr. elec bill.
