What to do with her.

this is my sick candy kush. Everything was going good until I was away for a week. Found bud rot in a few spots and on advice from fellow growers removed infected areas and spra with hydrogen peroxid. now she’s looking far from her former glory. At this point should I harvest her let her sit a bit longer or toss completely?. Just 90 days auto.
