My scrog is a week or so away from flipping and this popped up on a few random leaves of different plants. Any ideas

Also this is my set up. 4x5 with 790 true Watts led. Two 16inch oscillating fans and auto watering set up. My ph pen broke and it was high around 8 when my new one came in and so it's back down to 6.5 and doing first water tonight with it back balanced.
