Figured this was coming. Didnt think it would take placthere. Makes sense when ones gives it a little thought.

Counsel has also called for random sampling of flowers in batches used for retail. All pesticide/fungicide must be listed and if anything in the media or plant are in not
listed batch can be pulled and will likely be
destroyed. Testing for levels of mold and mildew as well as bactierial contamination.
Where they plan to get the money or facilities to do the sampling will be a logistical nightmare. And make some testing company very rich. But this is going to make things difficult for many shops.
Pest/fungicdes must be listed for use on food crops with and this I feel will be changed to something more specific, unclear though.
Anything in flower for rec use will be subject to this. Med seems to be exempt, which makes no sense considering it was supposed to be for ill patients, possibly with compromised immune systems. NOT to mention what the tabacco co have been able to get away with. Sad that is the only comparison we can use here
