I've watched a few episodes, but hadn't gotten deeply into it. I got into The White Queen, it was alright but I thought Tudors was better. Even if I do take issue with Henry VII.

"Bluzboys Sophisticated Trailer Park Blue Collar( I got a blue shirt on today) review of "Interstellar"

I saw "Interstellar" last night and well....visually stunning film at times but I was "paradox-ily" unimpressed and disappointed in the script.......I tried to go back in time and tell myself in the mirror "don't watch that movie, don't watch that movie Bluz!!!! Do you hear me back in time Bluz?!?!? Don't watch Interstellar Bluz!!!!!!!" I screamed at myself in the mirror trying to get my back in time Bluz self to not watch Interstellar and then I went and knocked some books off the shelf to try and make it work but alas, 124 years from now, I will still have to admit "Yeahhhhhh, I watched that Nolan fiasco...and the time spent and gravity of watching it still weighs on me like a black hole".....

Not all she has an up and coming british movie where she plays a housewife blah blah not psycho just avarage jane :D forgot the name of it now but.. the trailer looked like shit so imma skip it..

Guess i got a thing for psycho bitches...
Rosamund pike and we just watched that British one you referring to. "What we did on our holliday" which for a British film was pretty good and funny. Also there was another one called "Hector in search of happiness" that one was great comedy and her phsyco roll did come out a little in that. Both worth watching though!

Yep thats what it was called! :D Just seen it came out the other day but me being anti-british accents i hada skip it lol

Bluezboy!!! I cannot wait to watch interstellar I am huge sci-fi our local theater sucks and my screen and audio are better so I'm waiting to stream it off my computer! Glad to hear the good reviews on it

It's Tudors I'm talking about . lol . and it was Henry VIII and yes he was considered a merciless tyrant in his later years.
Yes, and it started with his father, didn't it? And, wasn't his father the one who dethroned Richard III? Hank the Younger learned some of his nefarious ways from his old man.

Henry the VIII also found the best way to get a new wife was not through mediated divorce but simply cut his current wife's head off and then re-marry....UK divorce attorneys/Bariristers starved during his reign and I believe he even mooned the Roman Catholic Pope then cause he would not grant a divorce while Henry toured Romeo and then after mooning the Pope over divorce opinion, Henry VIII went home kicked out all the Catholic priests, or helped them set fire to themselves in the UK except Ireland, and then appointed a English Pope who stated 'sure you can get a divorce, but it wouldn't be easier to just cut off their heads Henry and then remaryy?" and then the English Pope okayed mooning in Church if it is done by royals......in South Korea a religion was founded on the same principles and they are called "Moonie's".......
Fractured history anecdotes about Henry the VII according to the Bluzboy after a joint of Blue Afghan.....

I actually thought interstellar was decent. I'm often worried when movies get into temporal aspects, though they did ok here. I don't want to give anything away, but I was probably most disappointed with "where" Matthew McConaughey ended up but otherwise it was enjoyable.

Now "Predestination" on the other had. I was very disappointed in how temporal components were dealt with there. Enough so, that it ruined the whole movie for me xD.

Something recent also that I liked (not sci-fi) is: "Men, Women and Children".

wow really @MGRox ??? Predestination was one of the top movies ive seen this year.. a total mind fuck!

ye xD. I cannot really expound as to why without giving things away; though what they did at the end is where I take issue. I actually even googled to see what people were saying for an explanation for the end; I thought for sure I must have missed something that it wasn't.......what it was.
I've been asked about that movie a couple times since I saw it and I just went on a couple minute rant related to physics. :D

I thought visually the photography, cinema graphics and SFX was stunning.... good acting, lousy script... I was really turned off by the melodrama in the script/story between father and daughter and some other aspects I felt or found to be soupy soapy rot.....and then the science gets blown to hell in the end ... it disappointed me the script wise the same way "Prometheus" did with the dumbest bunch of jackasses who were supposedly the world's best erudite scientists ever assembled that I was to buy into for a story line....

Tomorrow I got two new Asian movies, one Taiwan action film "FireStorm", an Andrew Lau cop vehicle, one Japanese black comedy yakuza grindhouse action " Why Don't You Play In Hell", and "Fury with Brad the roofing nail Pitt and Shesa really LaBuffed.. ....
Bluzboy Trailer Park Movie Reviews of all three films coming up later in the week....once I digest them in viewing and ponder their profound meanings the directors wanted to impart in each film...

Oh Lord, Prometheus was AWFUL!

Kinda like the oh-so-disappointing Sons of Liberty. I had to change the channel.
I just bought for three bucks all 13 episodes of "The Tic" that were made 15 years ago starring Elaine's boyfriend from Seinfeld as the Tic and that was better SC-FI story lines than "Prometheus" and can you believe Ridley Scott is now shooting "Prometheus II"........a sequel to make you actually want to just set yourself on fire this time around if you are lured to sit through it probably...spontaneous combustion in theaters everywhere...

I want to do my own comedy version of "Sons Of Anarchy" sketch where the bikers all wear wind breakers with patches, Bermuda shorts with steel toed boots, and ride chromed out Vespa scooters.....

You know there talking about making prometheus 2 ?
watch "moon" really good sci-fi! few years old but it was underestimated it has Sam rockwell in it one of my fav actors
That was excellent!!! Smart sci-fi movie Moon .... really liked that and I am a Sam Rockwell fan too.....really disapopointed with Interstellar however, visually stunning and good acting but just way to much melodrama family like angst and other script aspects that just turned me off to the film....glad I did not buy Interstellar before watching it....
