I guess you learn something new everyday. I'm curious how someone first came up with the idea of spraying plants with milk to combat PM. Intuitively is seems like a bad idea.
milk works great.....1-2 applications.
even left it on, didn't rain....
all was FINe

australian researchers used it succesfully on zuchinies....1999 results of study...blahblah
can't use in flower....helps gray mold...big time...

PM is best treated by a dusting/vaporizing a sulfur to change the ph of the leaf surface and not allow PM to grow. Or you can combat it with Organocide witch is very effective against PM.
