Water temps: 65* held steady by 1/3HP chiller
A/C: 8k BTU window unit to maintain ambient room temps.



Actual growing area is a bit smaller than 4x8 tent due to keeping epicenter inside, so ~ 4x6.

This is a test grow setup.
Going to be trying out numerous things, DM Gold lineup, hunting a C99 mom or two, maybe some iceboxes/water cooled mini air handlers.

They spent ~1 week in the veg setup @ 500ppm after coming out of the cloner to get some roots showing out of the net pots.

2.5 week veg @ 700, 900, & 1100 ppm respectively.

First week of flower/stretch they were kept @ 1100ppm Grow A/B Nute Lineup to help fill the screen.

Starting the second week of flower 1100ppm Bloom A/B Nutes with additives (total ~1310ppm).


Foliars(LL/Sat) will be applied 2x week through 4th week of flower.
First application was 10ml/quart vs the bottle rec of 60ml/quart.
I will boost it with each application.

Week 3

The girls are drinking ~ 30 gals of H20 every 5 days.

ppm's are being held @1200, with an additional 150ppm of epsom salts(~1/2 cup).

pH has been rock steady @ 5.5, even with straight tap (8.0 ph) add backs.

Looks like 2 distinct pheno's among the 5 different donor moms, with only slight variation among each phenotype.

One is a little stockier/bushier with less stretch. The second is far more stretchy with thin bladed leaves, and started with spindlier branches, but they are now thickening up.

I will get some shots of the actual (seed) mothers up shortly.

Flowers are starting to stack up nicely. Looks like I kept most of them below the screen for the stretch, but some have shot up higher than expected. Seems most of the stretching is now done though.

LL/Saturator @ 40ml.

I don't think I will be needing the Bushmaster I have on hand.

Here are the MILF shots.


They are looking sort of ragged at the moment, due to being kept rootbound in qt. pots. Been a few missed waterings and underfeeding. Trying to keep them alive, yet small until I find the one I want, then will move a clone of it into a bubble bucket for stock.

All were clipped at the 6th internode after they presexed themselves. Then clipped to maintain height and get some branching going for cloning.
These Cindys show fast!

Lots of veg variation between them.

The ones I like in flower look to be #1,#4(bushier leaning), & #5(stretcher).

I will post up corresponding canopy/bud shots later.

Day 27


They drank ~25 gallons in 3 days.

ppm's have been boosted to 1500, pH dropped to 5.3, adjusted back up to 5.5

I will hold it there for ~2 weeks.


Complete res change in a day or two.

Last one before I taper/flush.

Humidity has been climbing in the tent, near 70%.
Plenty of airflow right now, but need to knock that down.

No more foliars from here on out.

I started using the LL/Sat on clones/veg/mothers and will use it a bit more aggressively now since I didn't see any ill effects (up to 40ml/gal so far).

Cheap ass net pot pulled through the top of the tub.
Next round the heavy duty ones go in.

Lots of pix, Mostly of #1, #4, & #5.

Even some frost starting.

#1 & 4 smell similar - fruity and perfumey.

What I would imagine it would smell like walking in a fruit orchard in the middle of a tropical rainforest? floral,fruity,sweet.I don't know.

#5 smells a bit more 'oily/hashy' with fruit undertones.

Too early to tell if they are the 'fruit punch' or pineapply leaning ones.

Deviated from the 'complete' DutchMaster Line.

Changed the res tonight, added 1ml/gal "Pure Flowers" booster, topped up remaining with ADD .27, Zone, Epsom Salts, and A & B to 1300ppm.
Will leave it there for 7 days and start the taper/flush.

Pulled ~5 gal pail worth of fans over the last 2 days. Opening up some of the lowers to light. Dropped ~5% RH, but not enough, so a dehumidifier was added.

Airking 9550 was added for circulation beneath the canopy.

#2 is surprising the hell out of me. Stacking on some weight in the last few days. May have to take some additional clones.

I started to second guess my choices, but this past week, #1 has started to come around.

Well I have never been so 'wrong' about plants in flower.

These girls surprise me daily. I swear each of these plants has had 3 or 4 different 'identites' in their short lives.

I cannot wait to see these girls plump up over the next 7-10 days.

Just slight tip burn is noticeable in some of the pix.
PPM's are dropping ~50-75ppms/night.

#2 and #3 are REALLY shaping up to be the yielders and the early finishers.

#5 is starting to fall out of favor for a number of reasons.
She seems to be a mag whore. Not necessarily a bad thing, but tough to accommodate for in RDWC, unless its mono cropped.
She seems a bit more sensitive to light bleaching.
She is the stretcher.

While #1 and #4 were the earlier favorites, they are sort of dissappointing in the later stages of flower.

#1 has some decent blockhead type buds, its a bit more sparse at this stage. Perhaps that will be the ~60 day pheno.

#4 has the same same blocky structure, but much taller with thinner/sparser buds.

#2 What can I say... Spear shaped buds. DENSE AS F*CK. Like squeezing a home made birthday cake. Spongy, but solid. Resinous as hell.

#3 over the past 2 days this girl has come from the back of the pack to a front runner. Same 'blocky' bud structure. Domed vs spear shaped. Packing on the weight and throwing pistils left and right. Not nearly as dense as #2, its going to come down to the smoke.

Off to shuffle some clones around...

Some of the pistils are turning brown, most are white and continue to be thrown out in abundance.


Tomorrow is the beginning of the flush.


I think I will go plain water, with the addition of ~200ppm's of Pure Flowers. Some are looking a bit closer than others, so I don't want to short change the some that could go a little longer.

You see some light bleaching and some Cal/Mg deficency.

So far I'm liking the DM lineup.

I started the flush today. Among the 5, they each are at different stages right now. The earliest looks like it could be done in 7-10 days, pistils are browning, starting to recede, etc the latest looks like it could go another 3+ weeks.

Going to just watch trichs and take them down when they tell me.

I will experiment a little and see if I can extend the harvest over a 7-10 day period to find the 'sweet spot' as far as smoke goes for each potential mom.

KidTwist here liked it at 52-53 days, a guy on ICmag let one go to 69 days.

Why I do a mom run, next run will be the 2 or 3 potentials, taken at their prime, then a keeper decided.

Day 41

ppm's ~850 raised about 200ppm over the past week as its leaching from the roots/media.
Will get flushed again in a day or two and may get .5ml/gal of Pure Flowers again after the change.

Random shots. Some buds from #2 seem to be getting a little color to them. Slight purpling?. Res temps 65*.

Getting some foxtailing on the dome shaped buds.

Hoping the spear shaped bud will start to fill in, but I am not sure that's going to happen.

#2 is right behind them. Starting to get some purpling on the leaves. Didn't really capture it well in these shots though.

Random shots from Day 48.

Ran Clearex for the past 24 hours, flushed again for a few hours.

I don't think I am going to run ADD .27 again.
Going to run Dutchmaster Max instead.

This is ADD .27:

2 of these will definitely be done by Day 52 or 53.
Trichs are all cloudy. Clipped a tester nug from Pheno #1. Easy trimming!

The others are taking to the flush and starting to ripen more every day as well.


Captured the purpling a little better in some of these shots.

Pretty disappointed with these buds/plant in the next 2 pix. Not all the buds look like this, but definitely a lot thinner/runnier.

Some got light bleached.

Currently at ~10 days of flush, 4 days out from 24hr run of clearex, so they are almost all lightening up now, except for 2 different plants, they are holding on to the deep green as long as they can.

I think Cal/Mag deficiency is from my tap water. Elevated levels are locking out the other. Next run will have RO, then I can add more 'known' amounts vs 1TB - 2TB/gal of epsom salts. Also, first time running this strain, so now will push flushing out to a few more days.

Sort of what you get when you have a shared res and different plants. Even among the same strain, some wanted more, some wanted less.

I do think the base DM nutes are solid.
