Have no idea sativa or indica but here are some measurements it's 18 days from seed

You can control node spacing by adjusting your light intensity. More light keeps them compact, less causes a stretching. Too much stretch isn’t good. You’re looking for about 3” between nodes imo. Under feeding can cause short plants too but yours looks adequately fed.
 
When you start in a big pot like that instead of potting up it takes a lot longer for the roots to establish the whole pot, thus the stunted growth. Could also be your nutes.
 
The plants in this pic are about the same age as yours, and they're about average in stage of growth.

They are about in the same stage of development as yours, so I wouldn't worry too much. These are mostly tall strains, so they might be a little taller than yours.

I just repotted from a quart to the bag

they're all doing good they were all planted at the same time but the ones that are taller were in a window
