I have no experience with the products, but that’s not for lack of trying.
I frequent eBay looking for deals on grow gear. I found a shop called “TopLedFactoryStore” that routinely auctions MH gear.
I checked and they are an authorized MH dealer.
After a few weeks, I finally won a light on the cheap.
They must not have liked how cheap I won it for, but they didn’t set a reserve bid, so, not my fault.
They could have told me “hey bud, sorry… our bad, we forgot to set the starting bid.” And I would’ve been like

no worries.
Instead, they gave me a fake tracking number for a random delivery on the opposite side of the country.
I called them on it, and they blamed FedEx for what could only be their mistake. But it wasn’t a mistake. It was a deliberate scam.
I put 2 and 2 together…
They don’t pay eBay’s reserve fees, they just give out fake tracking numbers then offer a refund when it doesn’t show up, then say their auctions are for one-off items so they can’t send another.
Keep in mind. They’ve already re-listed the item I won at this point.
Slimy practise..
And you may think, “sure… but MH can’t be judged based on a retailer’s actions.”
Except that when I messaged the MH eBay about it… It was the SAME PERSON running the account!!!
I brought eBay into it, and they weren’t too happy about being scammed out of reserve fees by a big company and their proxy.
Still waiting on my light though :P
