Hi,

For the first time, i've tried a SOG crop with heavy defoliation.

I first germed 42 fem seeds :
-2 Blue Dream (HSO)
-1 Kosher Tangie (Free seed from DNA/RP)
-2 K13 Haze (Philosopher seeds)
-1 Cannalope Kush (Free seed from DNA/RP)
-2 Chocoloppe Kush (DNA)
-2 Critical Kush (Barmey)
-2 Toutankamon (AK47 from Pyramid seeds)
-1 1024 (Medical seeds)
-2 Fallen Angel (Devil's Harvest)
-3 Tropimango (Somango S1 from Philosopher seeds)
-3 Black Bomb (Philosopher seeds)
-3 Purple Afghan Kush (PAK) (Dinafem)
-1 Starbud (Hortilab)
-2 Sour Power (Hortilab)
-2 Sugar Pop (Free seeds Philosopher)
-2 Y-Griega (Medical seeds)
-2 Shiva Skunk (Sensi seeds)

Five days later, i thought i could ad more by making a SOG, so i germed some regulars :
-5 White Rhino (Nirvana)
-10 OG Ghost Trainhaze#1 (Rare Dankness)
-5 Strawberry Cough (Free seeds Hazeman)
-4 MKUltra (free seeds from THSeeds)
-5 White Lotus (Bodhi)
-5 Solo Stash x Biker (Free seeds Karma)
-5 White D x Alien (Garden of Dreams)
-6 Fire Headband (Riot)
-10 9 pounds Hammer (TGA)
-11 Silver Mountain (Bodhi)
-5 Skylock (Free seeds from Artisan du bonheur)
-5 Super skunk (Sensi seeds)

All the feminized have germed and from the 76 reg seeds, 5 never germed and i have to say that 4 of them were riot's Fire Headband... the others one was 1 White Lotus, or 1 MKU or 1Solo Stash x Biker, don't remember.

I've got a lot of plants very closed the ones from the others, so i can't read the name of the strain wich is wrotten on the pot cause i can't reach approximatively half of the plants!!! I could do it, but i don't want to move all my plants just to see who is who! (i'm very clumsy and i don't wan't to stress them.)

So, i had 113 plants in veg in my 6.5 feet x 6.5 feet (2m x 2m), but i use only 32 or 33p² for the plants.

I use 2 x 450W MH for the grow and 2 x 600W + 2 x 400W HPS for the flowering stage.

As the plants were very tight, i asked myself about defoliation. I've allready tried a little with success and i read on a forum (don't remember wich one) that a grower removed ALL the big fans exept the two on the top, so i tried.
And i have to say that it is too much for some of my strains exept the og/sour hybrids.
I think defoliation sould be done in a different way according to the plant and the pheno.

After sexing, 86 plants were females.
Today is day 72 of 12/12.
