I'd recommend attitude as far as banks go. Also, can never go wrong with sannie. I'd also recommend doing some further research before making any purchases. Spend time on these boards. Things will slowly begin to come in to focus.

as long as you're just bending, not snapping, cutting, or breaking the cell walls, i'd have to imagine that tying them down to get them better light is a must.

i would even bump up to the dimmed 1000 for vegging to harden the stems up and get the plants larger in preparation for flower to support all that chron that's comin your way. lookin pretty good so far.

my plants looked like this when i overjuiced them with oregonism XL. jacked my soil pH sky high. that was about two weeks or so ago, i'm still seeing if they will make a full recovery. FLUSH and refeed with 1/4-1/2 strength. I flushed without refeeding and a week later really wish i had.

I wasn't really expecting too much from a foliar, but i went ahead and made a solution (used about 1/10 tsp of grow big in a spray bottle) and went to town. Sure enough, they looked like they had new life after they dried out and got back under some light.
