Ned is a community not the fucking rest stop on the interstate. I have tried to elevate town's thinking on pot...... but with this shit going on the backlash will be huge. There will be more violence in Ned.

I disagree...You can pull 70lbs and still play by the rules except the harvest weight...the weight is the kicker, you can easily have a 25 or 30 plant card and pull 70lbs..I danced around the plants with ease but when they hit when you have 80+ lbs sittin about..Unless you plan on growin 3 plants in flower that only produce 2 zips combined, there is really no way to stay in bounds as far as usable medicine on hand goes..Those 8 cats in Neds consolidated a bunch of basement grows because it was a little to early for outdoor to be down and processed..then cut a deal to sell it to a Boulder undercover agent...brilliant!!

you're in the right ball park Tex. But….. Ned is not characterized by large houses and good OD or GH growing. In my guess, we had 8 schmucks hustle up a 10pack from their buddies, and then the main dummie, hustled up what he could. And good fortune for the PO, they were all together at the same time when the bust went down. The op was a result of the recipient of their continued Post Office shipping scheme having had several packages get popped in FLA. I watched the main dude from my vantage point in town. a dummie to be sure. We have 2 identifiable teams in town and a number of extremely out of place newcomers looking for trim work. This will continue as long as people are shipping. with the flood recovery work and the flood of people coming looking for weigh, town is as busy as a town along an interstate. The bad thing is that Ned has become a distribution point for Cali-schwag headed east. It's always amazing to watch the impact of 200# of blue dream hit a town of 1400.

Harvest weight....and SALES will get ya. You can have that 70 lbs....but selling even one ounce of it makes it a different ball game from my understanding. Such weights tap the old statutes and have nothing to do with A20 or A64 and everything to do with basic drug dealing....same as it ever was. (OK...except they aren't moving 4K pounds anymore)

As a surety for the courts also I have seen more pot growers get out of jail with swollen eyes (crying), most are over 35 and they call the wife like baby looking for mommy, if they got money or own dispense they're on the ph w/attorney next. Most of the time anymore cops dont offer snitch deals on MMJ and you'd be surprised at how many try negotiating snitch deals minutes after getting out of jail, disgusting.

I posted my thoughts the nite before my verdict and sentencing so I have strong feeling on this issue and dont want to post all that again, but With all respect Clayton and stone throwers, We look at it different; you see dumb ass grower getting busted and all the rest of us growers are cool.... while I see a bunch a spineless pussies wondering who is not a snitch and a cowered and worthy of friendship. Lino im a 7 time felon and 5 of those came from a 50 plant bust in florida years ago. Set up with an undercover..whole 9 yards. The cop said to me "you know youre gonna have to help us out right?" Reply was "this is the top of the pyramid, it all goes down from here". He asked "well who do you sell to" my reply "I sell to you it looks like"...lol

Maybe these guys will learn from their mistake...I did. That said when the prices are 2200-2800lb per lb and someone offers you 3300 ea at 70 and you take it...well my friend I haven't ever been that damn dumb.
