There is a Hyatt Place (there are a few Hyatts in town) out by the airport too, not sure how their night crew feels about smoking in the lobby bar, but maybe if discrete. Downtown hotels tend to watch the guests pretty close. The big bucks fee for smoking in the room is serious, be sure to step outside if you want to smoke a doobie, but because it is still illegal to smoke in public, you gotta be discrete and keep it out of sight. But not at the Cup. be prepared for 4:20, have one rolled, trust me on this. Last year the line was a couple hours, but it was easy with a few joints passed among former strangers. Last year the seeds were on the high side of pricing I thought, you can get a better deal on the Bay, but if there is some particular strain you are looking for, and the price is discounted at least a token amount... Enjoy the show, I'll swing by on Sunday to toke a few with visitors and check out what is new.

I wish the cup was more a business seminar on growing instead of a big stoner fest. Would love that education from experts. I can get the smoke up with my friends any weekend..... !

I have to agree with this as time passes I believe as in any growing industry Training ISO standards and state of the art extraction methods will be the soup de sure
By trade I am a 4 color 6 color press operator and at printing expos they would have 3 4 even 5 days of classes on the newest processes This to has a big future for the growers and the smokers
But nothing wrong with the after work some play I mean I am only human and it is a tradition that shouldn't be forgotten.

Just picked up a one day ticket for Sat going to be repping 14Boulder with my co worker Guy Forget as he said on IG "we'll be the ones sitting on camping chairs in a circle." NO booth they never responded to my request. oh well just as well.

Good luck finding each other! Last year the phone service was awful, we had texts from Sprint and T Mobile undeliverable all day and the crowd was so dense that we didn't see each other for most of it, but we did all have a great time. I'd suggest setting up a meet beforehand in case phone service is wrecked again, maybe high noon in front of a specific booth or near the High Times booth (which was empty every time I went by it last year). In fact I would make a backup plan in case you forget.

Cell signal has a hard time in smoke that thick. :)
That is why fireman use flashing lights with beeping noise to help find each other. lol.
