Get the guy In the grow shop to plug your ballast into a hood n bulb back at the shop and if it works there then you know its the bulb and you can even buy the buld he uses,that way youl know that bulb works atleast.

Loool try a different 1000w bulb(borrow one off someone) but I'd not even opened it n it's a bit baffling that you've gone through so many ballasts with it haha
