Am i in the right place for contact Simeone from Mars hydro??i'm using 1of your led lights from few months and i've noticed 4or5 leds are broken!
I want to know how to deal with for fix it, it's unbelievable!leds should works thousands of hours got broken after3 or4 months! Heeeeelp

Hello...do u think this is an error about genetic with this plant?it will grow weird?and do u guys think it will produce ad a normal plant?in all My life i've seen only once a blue rhino from positronic serre grow with the leaves with a round shape,but never something like this...hope someone can give me suggestionsView attachment 537590View attachment 537591

I popped two beans that had weird deformed leaves like that, I am thinking maybe because they were fem seeds? The first set of leaves was the only one like that, the new growth was normal.

The to left and bottom right were the deformed ones.

4 inch vortex fan, 170 cfm at the top of tent. 2 x 4 x 5 tent. No carbon filter hooked up to it. Also have another 4 inch vortex 170cfm intake at the bottom port of tent. Then there are two small Clip fans inside for air circulation. I know the intake seems useless but it runs a few degrees cooler with it versus without it @MrBelvedere

That sounds right, if you put thermometer inside tent next to the intake what is the temperature? It should be 68 if that is what your outside air is....

Ill do it tonight but I'm suspecting it will be whatever the room temperature is coming in. It's kind of irrelevant though because if I need to use two fans for intake and exhaust, what is the point , where is the energy savings ? I've been saying all along I could EASILY cool a 400w HPS with the two fans I'm using and run cooler temps and that's easily 50 true watts more of light

What baffles me is, if a person running my same type of setup can grow in a tent with less air movement, how is it my fault I'm getting Heat buildup Even though I have plenty of air movement ? Jeremy silva is running a 1600w in a 4x4 tent and is about to replace his extraction fan with two small table fans. Says his doesn't make much heat ? So help me make sense of this ?

And @MarsG , I see your liking everyone's posts, how come you can't answer my question About warranty and replacement ? Another thing , your website says 3 year warranty but your now saying I have a 1 year warranty, which is it ?

Sorry I have overlooked your last message!:oops: If it was 3 years warranty when you purchased the light, then we will still keep 3 years warranty for you . Just recently we have been discussing about some policy, sorry if the info I gave you was a little messy before, but we made our final decision : all products purchased from now on are with 2 -year warranty, all new policies will not influence the right you have if you purchased before. Everyone better to have a look about our new warranty policy :

About the light problem, I'm really sorry. I think maybe because of the unstable voltage, or something wrong with the wires which connecting the 5 lamps . As your LED is still in quality guarantee period, we will send you 5 lamps for free to replace the burnt one, also free shipping to you. Please let me know about your booking information, or you can contact the person who sold it to you. I'll wait for your reply! Hope this problem will be resolved asap!!

yes we do have 700W with only veg spectrum, it's customized light, price might be a little higher than 700W with full spectrums. I have PM the price to you, please check your inbox ;) If you really want to customize the light, please make your order earlier than November, because in the end of this year our factory will be extremely busy, usually some workers will quit factory job before Chinese New Year, so factory may not have enough time to make one or two customized lights. But now, yes we will still can make for you with good price! Please let me how do you think

I really hope this thread can help more new LED users like you, you may have some questions or meet some problems while you grow, especially because it's your first time to use LED. Maybe you need to know the distance about hanging light? or you are trying to find a measure to control the grow room with good and stable temperature? About any question, feel free to contact me !! I will be always here, and I believe other growers will try to help you too.

No it's still pretty hot, at least 15 degree hotter than room temperature. Our weather is a little cooler outside but in tent it's still very hot. My room temperature is 68-72 F. Inside of tent still high 80s low 90s. When I harvest next week I plan to do a test and run one panel at a time to see if either one causes extreme heat. If that doesn't work maybe I can send them back for replacement panels ?

I watched a video of Jeremy of buildasoil last night. He runs a 1600w Mars2 in a 4x4 so it's identical to my footprint since I have 800w in a 2x4. He mentioned his panel makes virtually no heat so he is removing his extraction fan and replacing it with a small fan. After seeing that, I really think something is off with my panel(s). If I were to send them back, how long would it take to get new panels ? Also, would those panels be inspected and fixed or would I get two new panels ?

Thanks for staying in touch @MarsG , if this light didn't make much heat, I would probably buy 6 or 8 more and use them exclusively. Im Now hoping I did just get a faulty panel and maybe a new one would run cooler

It's just a little frustrating, I don't have lots of money, I spent over $400 on your product thinking it would be more energy efficient and practical for my small grow But it's not, a HPS with a cool tube would run cooler. You advertise they run cooler than HID but that's not the case in my room. There very hot and now it seems like your dodging my comments and I have others here questioning me like I'm some new grower that doesn't know what he's doing.

When you were asking me about MARS II 400W, I did give you discount , just the price of MARS II 400w is not so high, so after counting the discount proportion in, it doesn't seem to reduce so much. But I decided to give you yoyo hanger for free, hope to make more comfort for you. Even tho I still can't be 100% sure the heat issue is caused by our light.

You know, I'm not the boss I can not decide how much discount to give...But I really hope I can get higher discount coupon to give you, because I understand how frustrated you can feel, and I really wish I can help you.

Also, if you compare us with other companies, you can realize how low the price is we sell our lights, we don't have much profit in fact, and we even cost a lot for labors and raw materials, yes China is cheap, but actually not cheap as many people's imagine, I believe if anyone has been to China he/she can understand this. So, we are always very cautious when give discount.

We have repair shop in PA state, after your harvest, please send your lights there , and our repair man will check for you, so we all will know if it's the light's problem or any other reasons cause heat, ok?:)

If it's really something wrong with our light, we will repair it, and I will give you higher discount for your new purchase, how do you think?

Better to bite the bullet, and just buy another light... anything is better than sending it out for repairs after harvest! Lol.:)

why you think s0? i've never had problems with chinese products,and the led i've bought are working good!the assistance from mars hydro company is nice and mars g give me helps when i need to get infos about products,prices ect.
in my opinion you look to China in the wrong way!u should go there to have a trip ;)
