I think the warranty should be two years... For what it's worth.

Thanks for the welcome. I just ordered another Mars Reflector 480w from your site on Ebay. I had germinated a couple of seeds that was given to me and as the plants get older I am beginning to think they are two different variety of plants. Meaning I think I will have a problem trying to flower one and the other may need to flower at a later time. I will need another lite anyways for seedlings and etc, but now I can remove one of the plants to be safe and flower each one in a different area. I have my lights at around 12". Once these plants are harvested I will buy seeds of the same variety and this way I can keep a grow going. I have a temperature gauge in the grow tent and since I have the grow tent in a room with no heating, I had to put a flood light in the tent to keep the temp around 75 to 80. I was using local bought fertilizers but after searching the sites and you tube, I have switched over to Blue Plant with good results.

Yeah Mars Reflector is very good at assembling the light together, fit for small area grow. If your plants are gonna flower in different time, having just one light is a problem. but the way you are gonna use also can work :happy::happy:

Still no sending you new light mr growie hehe..different languages,different cultures but bs is still bs,and a run around is still a run around.my man with the hot 400s must be feeling like Hussain bolt the running you got him doing.help the man or jog on...sorry me be so a blunt but I'm having deja vu watching this unfold.

i appreciate all the support you guys have showed me. i felt like a lone gunman for a while LOL. so i harvested this weekend and cleared out the flower tent. i
let the lights run 18hrs like a normal veg cycle but in a empty tent. there is virtually no heat difference between a empty tent and the full tent i had. i noted a 1 degree F drop but thats it. its still averaging 88F- 92F . i already knew this would be the case but im willing to play along

anyways im probably gonna buy a new aircooled HID setup and just stick with what works. i can already tell these buds will not match what a HPS would do, not even close. i will report back here with final weights and pictures. maybe when i get a new setup i will send it to PA but to be honest it isnt a suitable option for me. if this were in the middle of flower and the drivers stopped working or something, i dont have a week or two to send a light somewhere. i think if you dont offer replacements at face value, you obviously dont stand behind your product. so now my only recourse is to send my only lights away which will leave me with none. probably my fault i dont have backups but what can i say right ?

i have been very transparent and honest here. taken pictures, answered all questions. made changes based on suggestions but still nothing resolved the problems. im stuck with these hot panels i already know it. if i do send them to PA , i already know what the outcome will be, a big waste of time and in the end, oh nothing is wrong with them, its your fault because of this or that. mars hydro wont get another dollar out of me i can bet my life on that.

Yes it's true this problem had been a while here, and finally you have harvest, hope the harvest is nice. :) I know you have been always honest and patient , I am honest to you too... I'm just a staff here, I don't owe anything of this company, as a person, I sincerely hope I can help you. As this problem, I have talked with our manager again , we will ship new fans to you for free, that might be the only problem the light can have... May I know how many fans you need?
 
What I can't wait for, is to see how you handle the overheating 400 watt LED that eastcoastjoe is complaining about...which is the reason that prompted me to respond to this thread.

Talk the talk and walk the walk, is very important... Otherwise it is simply marketing BS with no substance.

other companies ive dealt with in the past issue issue a RMA number upon complaint of faulty product, reship a brand new replacement product right out and send a return shipping label and box for you to send back the faulty equipment. i have this done from multiple companies with anything from bulbs to one time a blackstar LED panel. sent a replacement no questions asked. if something is wrong with these panels @MarsG , why does the consumer have to be inconvenienced because you dont want to stand behind your product ? and why should we have to bear the burden when you are the one reaping all the benefits ? if a product is broke or faulty, you fix it, on your time and you re sell it. the consumer should get a replacement and shouldnt have to wait for a diagnosis, its supposed to be a warrantied item

never in my life have i heard of sending out a ballast to a out of state repair shop and let them look at it. thats not even guarantee things will get resolved. i hope you people thinking of buying these are reading this

looks nice bro, im curious, what type of ventilation system you have going in there ?

I have a small fan by the lower vent plus I have a 4" exhaust fan in the upper vent with a charcoal filter.

is that a 700w panel in there ? i was just asking cause it looks like you had a smaller tent too and was wondering what you were running since you seem to not have any heat issues. looks like your off to a great start :D

At the begining I would like to reship a brand new light for you, but you told me this issue after you used for 7 months right? If I remember right, you have used 7 months already... It's out of "reship a new unit" time already, during that time you bought the light, actually you had 30 days to verify it truely has problem of the quality, and we could reship to you within 30 days. But after 7 months, we only could ship new replacement for you. And I have said we need to check the light first then can be sure it's something wrong with our light, but you seem not really want to send to PA, which I also can understand, this long talk makes you exhausting... So I was talking with manager hope can resolve for you fast, that's why without checking I will even send new fans for you... Hope you can understand :)

I don't know the exact age. I had these growing out side from the beginning but the nights were getting shorter and cooler. That's when I decided to purchase a tent plus the Mars Hydro Light. So there was another week of waiting. Got them under the light two weeks ago. So I think they were in shock for a little while but came back like gangbusters. Because of the different leaf size and not knowing what plant the seeds came from, I am thinking two different plants. So there is a possibility of flowering at different times. Should be getting the new Mars Hydro light here in a couple of days.
Seen your new website today. I didn't know about the Mars Pro. I might should have waited on the Mars Hydro Reflector. The Pros look like they would be perfect.
